My order is 954328281

My order is 954328281. I only received their email when I made the purchase on 27/05/ 2024. It said they will deliver my items as soon as possible, no estimated date and no phone number I can contact. I opened two tickets(the only one way to try to contact them) to request a delivery date but they ignore me completely.
I can't blame anybody as is my own fault for not reading the reviews before give them the money.

Ordered an item as a gift

Ordered an item as a gift! Order 527287448! Had zero communication when I have emailed chasing it and sadly I feel it wont turn up in time or at all! Would be helpful to get some communication as the £50 left my bank!

I’d reconsider ordering from them

I should have researched a bit more before ordering. I have ordered a BQQ Daddy grill set the 17/4 and the money was taken immediately from my account. However I have never received a tracking number or any other confirmation that my order has been sent when it will arrrive, not even a form of information of which delivery company will deliver it. On the website there stands 2-7 weekday of delivery, when I contacted them they wrote back it can take up to 2-3 weeks of delivery. When I asked to a trcaking number they didn’t write back. I have contacted them many many times for any kind of informatiom about where my package is located but nothing. They wrote back that I should be paintent until the 23rd of May, but my patience have expired the week after ordering. My package did arrive today… however it came from Slovakia, with priority stamps.. The whole business is very confusing, you have a danish website, with a dutch warehouse location but send the package from slovakia?! I will avoid ordering from them again as this whole process was ridiculous.

Your order was indeed sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We are a relatively small company, so to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, sometimes parcels have a stopover at another country. In your case, your order was first sent to Slovakia.

We use priority shipping on all our parcels, to ensure they arrive as swiftly as possible. Sadly, due to the unpredictable nature of international shipment, some parcels get delayed beyond the expected shipping time cited on our site. Our sincere apologies for this.

They have my money and refuse to send me the part

I ordered a part. It was the wrong size. I posted it back to them which cost £10 for a £20 part!. I ordered the correct part and paid them more money. They have not sent me the new part. So they have my money and their part back and it cost me £10 in postage. You can't phone them and can only send emails from their website. They now ignore my messages. Dreadful company. Total Rip Off. AVOID

We are very sorry to hear the purchased product turned out not to be the right one for you. Sadly, we indeed do not reimburse shipping costs, as is also noted in our Terms & Conditions. The alternative hose was more expensive; this is why we had to ask you to pay this price difference.

Sadly, our RMA department has not yet received the return shipment. Sometimes, this can take a little while. However, if you could provide our helpdesk team with some proof of shipment (like a receipt from the postal office or a tracking link) this will allow them to ship the new part to you as swiftly as possible.

Bad service

I'm still waiting for my product since 2nd of may. I've tried to email them but have had no response. When I track my product it says shipped but no tracking details and no follow up emails. AVOID

My order is 161204044. I only received their email when I made the purchase on 19 Apr 2024. It said they will deliver our items as soon as possible, no estimated date and no phone number I can contact. I sent them an email on 29 Apr 2024 and they did not reply at all. I want my items or money back.

Resolved the problem with twice lost package

My order number is 140025765. I have made my order on January 5th. After 20 days of receiving an email that my package has been shipped, I wrote them an email and was told to wait until February 9th. Unfortunately, it skipped my mind because it was ordered for a third person. It occured to me today that the package was never delivered, so I went through the emails to find a tracking number to check where the package got stuck, but realized I never received a tracking #. I wrote them an email, asking to know the location of the package, because they kept my money and I have the right to know. If they resolve the issue, I will update the review, but if I don't, know that it means it's at least a half-scam. Looking through the reviews, it seems like there's a chance you will receive your items, but too big of a chance that you won't. Their web page only displays the 4 and 5 star reviews, at least I haven't been able to find an option to filter them.
**************** UPDATE **************
Over the course of a month, I have exchanged a few emails with very polite Noa from customer support. First I agreed with them re-shipping the items, but contacted them again after about two weeks because the second package didn't arrive either, so they offered me a full refund which I accepted. After a few days, I received the refund and the package arrived as well. Keeping the refund for all the time I spent on emails 😄

Sadly not a good experience so far due to complete lack of communication regarding my order I made 10 days ago. I have emailed the company twice but no response. Have had to order the dust bags elsewhere in the meantime. Very disappointed!

Filters never received, but the money has been taken form my account.

Dustdeal.com claims they shipped the filters 2x, but we never received anything. Now they say the limit for complaining has been exceeded..... So they have denied my claim.
They took my money 3 months ago, and they cannot even send me a receipt from the shipping company confirming me that the filters were delivered to us.
I will never buy anything from this site anymore!

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we sadly cannot handle complaints regarding non-delivery for shipments older than 3 months. We are usually quite lenient around this measure, but after 5 months we can unfortunately no longer check the whereabouts of your latest shipment.

Product off the market

The company has exactly what I need in terms of products for a reasonable price and delivery is made quiet fast. Their website is also very simple to use which makes it easy to order the exact product. Their variety is enormous specially for product that we can no longer find on the market.
