Disappointed by customer service
Wouldn’t usually review but I received an email asking for one. I haven’t received my order, order marked as delivered and i don’t have it. The reason for the 1 star is because of the lack of communication from customer service, multiple emails and messages sent on the chat and only received one response telling me they’ve emailed me when they haven’t! Disappointed

This response is simply not true
This response is simply not true. No Royal Mail delivery was attempted to my address. Your response is still unacceptable.
No valid proof of delivery attempts has been provided - no missed cards, no timestamp, no photo, nothing.
They are claiming two failed delivery attempts, but i was at my address and no one from Royal Mail came. On top of that, the parcel was returned back to them, and they still deducted the delivery fee from my refund. This is extremely unfair. It also raises concern that they may have already recovered delivery costs from Royal Mail while also charging me, which would mean customers are being charged for a service that never happened.
I contacted them multiple times asking for help , but instead of cooperating, they blamed the customer and deducted money.
This is not how a professional business operates.
Very poor customer service, misleading claims about delivery attempts, and unfair refund deductions.
Customers should be cautious before ordering, especially if something goes wrong be careful, you may not receive proper support or a full refund. delayed delivery, no proper support, unfair deduction, and no official email confirmation for refund as promised.
Very disappointing experience.

Damaged Product and No Accountability
I bought a fragrance called Oud Elixir Taysir. When I opened the box, I found the atomizer and spring for the atomizer had come off inside the box rendering the fragrance useless. I e-mailed DXB Perfume and attached photos of the damaged bottle and I didn’t even get the courtesy of an acknowledgment e-mail much less an e-mail to address and rectify the problem. I’ve bought fragrances from them before. It won’t be buying from them again. Very poor customer service indeed.
