Personally I didn’t like it. Smells like shampoo/conditioner a bit. I ordered the sample because I didnt want to blind buy. - I like the notes in it but everyone is different. The smell doesn’t last longer either. I sprayed at approximately 2pm and the smell was gone by 4PM

It is 12 days since I placed my order. I have still not received the goods, Parcelforce report "still awaiting goods". The company has not replied to my email chasing shipment. I have asked for payment to be returned. I am still awaiting a reply as of 24 May 2026
It is now the 27/05/2026 in response to the above report cs sent me email which when you click on link takes you to browser page, which offers two option, 1. Click to confirm Yes all items have been received or 2. No some items are missing. When you click on 2 it takes you into a new browser window and a pop comes up: "Dear Doreen Marr,
You are seeing this message because your order or some of the purchased items have not yet been delivered. Please check your order information to see the estimated delivery time. If you believe that something has gone wrong, you are welcome to contact our customer service for further assistance". I have already emailed them on 24/05/26, no response or acknowledgement. Again I checked royal mail, it still shows they are awaiting receipt of goods. In 15 minutes it will be 28/05/2026 for an order placed 13/05/2026. Seriously they do not even have a decent cs procedure. Please return my funds from order 61926

Bought a perfume from dxbperfume in Bentall centre, Both Zara and M Azeem were so helpful and friendly they show us around the perfume for men and women. Excellent customer service thank you
We were assisted by really friendly and helpful staff at dxbperfume in the Bentalls Centre in particular Zara and Muhammad Azeem. Wonderful, friendly, very knowledgeable about the different perfumes. Walked away with some really lovely gifts for the family.
I received an order of paid samples and one of the bottles (Ajmal Qadar) was missing a spray nozzle. This made the bottle absolutely useless to me. I have sent 4 e-mails regarding the order I received and DXB haven't bothered to reply to a single email.
Disgraceful customer service and I will never use them again.

Excellent service fast delivery and authentic perfume
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, no response, no communication and as you would expect from reading this no item received, it’s taken me asking my bank to get a refund and then suddenly they respond to my live chat, only to say the refund is in process, nothing to say about my item or an apology, disappointing to say the least.
Since the review was posted I received the comment from dxb underneath this review and it’s been 6 days and no contact as they stated, this customer service is utterly pathetic they lie and don’t bother following up on anything.
I have now gone to my bank and requested a refund through them as I do not trust a word this company says.

Monica was very friendly and inviting i enjoyed the service
First time brought from dxb perfume, wry happy with the purchased. In the end brought 3 and getting some more tomorrow. The sales associate Monika was. Wry friendly and polite would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase from here. ☺️☺️
Monica is a brilliant worker, she gave us great suggestions it was our first experience and she was really kind and gave us a good deal
Did not receive my parcel. Waited over 2 weeks . No response from dxb. after contacting them twice. Such a shame as I have had positive experiences in the past. Hence why I purchased from them.

Clearly this company is a scam I ordered an item in the 9th May 2026 sent emails and messages asking what had happened to my product and no one has reached out to me I'm now going to pursue a refund , the customer service is shocking. and they have taken my money and not sent the perfume u ordered for my mother's birthday, it was the last bit of money I had as I'm a college student and they have not even dispatched the item yet I'm disgusted and will tell everyone Do not use this company they don't care
