Profit Over Human Suffering

I wish I could leave no stars. DXC staff are an insult to decent people. In my case, they couldn't care less about what I am suffering due to my ex-workplace breaking laws + lying whenever it suits them. All these disgusting staff are employed to do is to deny claims to save money. It's just a cruel + damaging game to this company. They cause you extreme stress in addition to the damage you are already enduring whilst granting you no credibility at all. In addition to all of this, they've delayed so long that I've had to pay for ongoing required medical documentation in the interim but at the same time go without recommended treatment which might help me a little due to not being able to afford the cost. I'm SO GLAD that I've paid taxes forever + that my first Workcover claim is being disregarded. Well CEO - here's a few more for you ... $$$. They should permanently shut their doors.

A total disgrace this company is

A total disgrace this company is, why WorkSafe allows them to continue operating is beyond me, I've had 3 spinal surgeries and have had to fight tooth and nail, always rejecting surgeons requests leaving me on the wall in agony have ruined my life with the stress they cause, im writing this from a hospital bed waiting on surgery which they still haven't approved even knowing I've been bed ridden here for 2 weeks since being rushed to er. Disgusting and cruel treatment of injured Australians. Shame on you!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is still way too many. I have been let down by my employer and DXC. It is my belief they have colluded with each other and purposely withheld information regarding my claim, including my original claim application and almost 3 months worth of Cert. of Capacity. A blatant breach of work cover law.
DXC have acted in a completely unscrupulous and dishonest way. Their independent investigator was corrupt and sought only to smear my reputation and interviewed none of the relevant witnesses.
DXC have blatantly called me a liar and are also accusing me of faking my injury even though I have many doctors reports including DXC’s own independent medical examiner confirming my injury.
DXC has got to be the worst company in the universe to deal with. Expect no support or understanding from anyone at DXC. Be prepared to wait for many weeks or even months for them to complete any of the processes you may be entitled to. Also be prepared to be called a liar, faker, extortionist or defrauder. In particular, expect your sanity, mental health to suffer greatly.

If I could give 0 I would.

If I could give 0 I would.
Disgraceful company.
Hard to contact
They tell you an issue will take 2 weeks then takes over 4 months and my issue is still not dealt with.
They pass you on from worker to worker still with no resolve.
Dealing with this company I would compare to he'll.

Terrible processes and case managers for injured workers.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my workers' compensation case has been handled. The treatment of injured workers, particularly by women in the team, has been unprofessional and disheartening. I was left without payment for 8 weeks and late pays. The system is overly complicated, making it incredibly difficult to keep track of everything. The only way any issues were addressed was by repeatedly contacting the Independent Review Office (IRO).

The case managers have been nothing short of frustrating, constantly changing with no one taking accountability. One case manager even admitted she hadn’t reviewed my file and had more “important” cases, leaving me questioning how she could assess the urgency of my situation without having looked into it. It feels like decisions are based on gossip and weak power plays, rather than on the actual facts of the case.

The most frustrating part of all was when they disputed my surgery the day before, and I couldn’t get a hold of my case manager, Paris, for three weeks. Despite this, I was told that she was an exemplary case manager—perhaps only in wasting my time and medical professionals. The lack of accountability and care shown by DXC is shameful.

Time DXC Technology

DXC Technology should not be allowed to operate for iCare. Their conduct has been deceitful and entirely inappropriate for a role that involves managing the welfare of injured workers and communicating with employers.

How could a technology company be entrusted with the responsibility of caring for injured workers when they consistently put communication restrictions on stakeholders? This practice seems to be an attempt to silence criticism and avoid accountability, rather than addressing their lack of due diligence.

Our injured workers deserve better, and employers who rely on this service shouldn’t have to navigate such barriers. It’s time to hold DXC Technology accountable for their actions. I urge others to raise their concerns and contact MP Sophie Cotsis to advocate for change.

Avoid this Company

Received an email about a guy who was on workcover over 3 months ago. All docs were sent to them stating he was only injured for 4 weeks and Cert of Capacity showed that. They have no idea what is going on, no central file that can be referred, too many people involved and absolutely no one taking responsibility for the claims. The most frustrating company I have ever dealt with!

They don't even deserve 1 star

They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't answer emails untill too late. They will lie to cover their mistakes and then try blame you for not doing something write. Case workers who lie about making a mistake should be sacked if they are not keeping up with their roll and it ends in my pays been delayed. They are shocking. It would help if they were trained properly. They are rude and very condescending. extremely hard trying to get hold of a manager of my case worker. Receptionist transfers you to wrong places. They need to lift their game. They just seem to cause me so much anxiety at times the way case worker comes across as so righteous.( Australia )

As an injured worker and sole provider…

As an injured worker and sole provider for my family I feel I should not have to personally chase payments from dxc. My employer made dxc pay me directly due to them not reimbursing my employer, this is where the nightmare started for me from missed payments to them paying my employer and not me honestly shocking. We as workers risk injury daily at work to then have to struggle and just worry about paying rent or day to day bills is appalling.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Terrible company. The engineers themselves I have no issues with, but the people that handle the tickets are some of the most complaining, inefficient people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a professional setting. From missing key details that are clearly written in tickets, to complaining about wording and knee-jerking to certain terms and then rejecting tickets, subjecting customers to longer wait times, DXC never fails to make me say "Wow, I hate these guys" at least thrice a day.

Do not deal with DXC, there will be far better options out there.

DXC provide non-existent claims management at best

I am an allied health professional who works within the workers compensation system. At the very time when people require understanding and support navigating an often painful and difficult experience, DXC seem to provide the complete opposite.
I have had mutliple clients complain of delays in payment, constant changes in case managers and unanswered calls and requests. I have had to contact DXC Claims multiple times to advocate for my clients and can confirm their frustrations as completely valid. There is no customer service, competence and no understanding. It seems they have invested money in a very stylish looking website and nothing else. Steer clear of this company if you can. My next feedback will be direct to WorkSafe VIC and SIRA NSW.

Zero Stars... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Zero Stars.... If you are a company please do your staff a favour and avoid using DXC. They are absolutely hopeless. I have been trying to get assistance with a claim for over 6 months now and they refuse to work with anyone. I have had a number of complaints from GPs, Specialists, Staff members in regards to not being paid and having to chase money and people all the time. Its not up to the injured worker to have to pay for their own treatment and have to put up with extra stress and pressure as a result of DXC being negligent. In 6 months, I have had 2 phone calls with no allocated case manager. They have paid for no medical expences and DXC are making everyone involved in this claim life so much harder as a result because they cant do their jobs. Its not good enough and I stongly encourage everyone to please do yourself a favour and dont work with DXC as they are incompetent.
