When there was a problem in opening DxOPR6 after a routine update became available, Fabrice, Natalie and Riley were so courteous and helpful. They soon corrected the problem and guided me as to how to rectify this. My DxOPR6 is now up-and-running again for which I am very grateful. Thank you so much.

Nice bolt on to LRC
I bought this after reading a review by Mark Denny. I have used the program about 2 dozen times. There is a reasonable learning curve. Results on dark photos are superior to denoise in LRC only. Updates can be problematic but they fix the problem typically in 48 hours. The programmer could do better QC prior to release. Still using program.

No muss, no fuss, just a job well done
The software does what it's advertised to do - no fuss, no caveats; it just does its job. When I encountered an issue with an upgrade, the support folks got on it, and within a few days, a new release was available that fixed the problem.
Much better and way more responsive than other software vendors have shown themselves to be.

I have been using Pure raw ever since it first came out and in my opinion is a must for anyone developing raw files. The latest version 6 is well worth buying or upgrading from an earlier version

DXO PureRaw 6 leads the Pack.
I use DXO PureRaw 6 and have used Topaz and Lightroom DeNoise software. I have to say DXO is better than both. The fact that it is not a subscription is a plus. I have had issues with updates and DXO can do better in that department. I have read that Topaz now has a DeNoise software that not only removes noise but also used AI to correct blurring and clarity. It claims photos that usually end up in the trash can be salvaged. With Topaz's costly subscription I never tried it but I would love to see DXO incorporate those features.

Excellent editing, leading noise reduction, no hassle with databases. The lack of five stars comes from the keywording and search functions, they are not very good.

I lost the ability to access my account. The way to get to your account as set up by DXO Labs would be easy to fix, but support must be too lazy or dumb to do it. I tried to be very polite to them throughout my discourse via email, but they just stopped communicating. Yes. My old email got discontinued over a year ago. With all of the accounts I needed to fix, I missed DXO Labs. I no longer have an account with DXO labs. I can not access my software key. And DXO ain’t gonna help.

I made the move to DXO in 2024
I made the move to DXO in 2024 due to a Camera change and advise from a DXO user. I needed top of the range noise reduction and improved workflow. I have not looked back and all aspects of the software fit me perfectly, really enjoying the DXO workflow compared to my previous setup.
