Moved over to three mobile and had…

Moved over to three mobile and had terrible signal in north wales , popped into see Will , went through numerous options with me and found o2 was the best coverage in my area. Highly recommend Dyfed Telecom - nice to have a personal service locally.

Far better than sky

I live in a remote property and was having nothing but problems with my sky wifi. When the sky engineer came out to try and resolve the problems he recommended I switch to Dyfed Telecom. The whole process of switching has gone without a hitch. Everyone from Dyfed Telecom has been friendly and professional. From initial contact, survey and installation. I have now have a faster and much more reliable service.

When we moved flats we were told by EE…

When we moved flats we were told by EE that they could not supply us with fibre or a landline service at the new address. I spoke to Dyfed Telecom and Zac was very helpful in explaining what options I would have going forward. Despite EE insisting I would not get a service, Zac managed to sort out both my landline and broadband with what Dyfed Telecom can offer.

There were a few hiccups with the landline being a bit crackly to begin with and some dropouts with the broadband speed, but after a couple visits everything is running smoothly. I had a bit of issue with the billing from my previous EE account which Zac was kind enough to help sort with me too. Very grateful for the above and beyond service.

I can not thank Dyfed Telecom enough

I can not thank Dyfed Telecom enough for all their help, in particular BRENDAN, he went above and beyond to help me to get the system up and running. At all times he kept me up to date and when he said a date for engineers to turn up.. they did! The whole process was so simple, Brendan took care of everything. I would 100% recommend

Thanks for your reviews.  I'm sorry to hear of your obvious frustration.  As you have been advised your initial complaint arose because the installation was changed on the day to an alternative method (which negated the need for some of the equipment).  Unfortunately the Engineer concerned didn't advise the operations team of the changes to the install (which would have triggered the refund of the equipment part of the installation costs). Our Head of Operations reached out to you multiple times prior to your most recent review and an offer was made for our Managing Director meet you face to face to achieve a resolution.  I understand that our Head of Ops explained your bill to you and confirmed that the refund for the equipment that wasn't used will of course be processed.

Rural 4G broadband installation

Rural 4G broadband installation, quick and efficient and huge improvement in wifi speed. Old ADSL copper was 2Mb, now 170! Given up waiting for fibre to arrive in rural wales 🙄. Small smart aerial on side of house, very neat wiring all hidden and new router gives good coverage in large old house with thick walls.

Dyfedtelecom is an amazing company

Dyfedtelecom is an amazing company. They are prompt to respond to calls, they give good direct sound advice. Joe came and did our survey he is fabulous.
Our internet now is life changing, it is quick and we are not having to reboot at all, unlike the previous company that we were with, whereupon we were rebooting 20 times a day, some days.
After our installation, Joe made a follow up call, to check everything was ok and we were satisfied.
We highly recommend Dyfedtelecom

Exceptional service

Dyfed Telecom, and in particular Emma, have been nothing short of amazing in getting my parents' internet upgraded. When their previous system with another provider stopped working and they were getting no support to fix it or even any advice, Emma came over within a couple of days' notice and provided exceptional service from then on. Very clear communication at every point and it was priceless for my parents to have a direct line to contact her with any questions. She went above and beyond at every turn, even keeping them updated over the weekends, and then the engineers turned up promptly and did a great job in setting up the equipment - now with speeds literally 100 times faster than their previous connection! I've rarely seen such good customer service from a utilities provider and Emma is a credit to the company.

Very professional and friendly company

Had a slow connection for 13 years and contacted Dyfed Telecom to see if they could help. Emma came out to see us and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. She helped set up everything for us and now have an amazing connection. We can't thank her enough. Unlike some companies she is on the end of the phone to help with any queries and would recommend her and Dyfed Telecom to anyone.

First class service

After putting up with barely functioning broadband for several years due to our location, and having drawn a blank with another company that was constantly leafleting us about using mobile technology (they just didn’t turn up) we contacted Dyfed Telecom about their 4G broadband and they couldn’t have been more helpful, efficient, communicative and responsive throughout the surveying, signing up and installation process. We now have download and upload speeds that allow us to make video calls without interrruption, and work from home and host the extended family. Plus an excellent value mobile phone sim package. Both Aaron, the account manager who came to visit us and has followed up our queries since, and the guy who did the installation have been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thanks so much for this service. Just wish we had taken the leap much sooner.

Outstanding from start to finish

Outstanding from start to finish. We have suffered with a poor connection for years, Joe came around and surveyed the house and showed us what speeds we could get with dyfeds system and the difference compared to our current internet was massive.

We went onto have the system installed and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend

A job well done…

I recently had some issues with my WiFi system however following some excellent technical advise from Brendon and Rhys from Dyfed Telecom it was quickly resolved. Within a couple of days Louie and Ed from the installation team arrived to carry some work on the system and I must say it was great to have someone so polite and respectfully of your property, Thank you gents.
I think it’s important to praise a company when they have provided such an excellent service.

Fantastic service
