I requested to cancel my Lebara subscription. Then I paid 20 euros and did not receive any response or even an email.
Please refund my money back. This is an outright fraud. Do not believe them.

I was always in the search for an app that would link all the different banks I am using. But when I knew that dyme also provides financial support I thought I would give a try and little did I know. I have saved with them over 30% of my yearly subscriptions. Totally recommended.

really good budgeting app! i’m a student and have been struggling with excel to track my finances but this app has made it much easier!

Just installed the app an hour ago, but it's already almost fully working and all transactions from all my linked accounts was categorized within a minute! Lots of extra services like canceling subscriptions or easily change providers etc. And the best thing I saw was the option to ask the developer for a premium subscription without the standard fee, if you can prove to be living on the minimum wage! Very generous, which I've almost never seen before in any app!! Very happy!

I would like to give my other view around this app. Which I'm using a month. I must say that it has been quite a pleasure to have this app. Working around my let's say behavior and providing me tips on how I can actually reduce my expenses. And this has been done immediately. And at no cost. Please consider this app because you can change your finance very quickly.

I love dyme, cause it helps me organise my Monay and never miss out

without my consent they used my data to hire a different health insurance company, way more expensive than another one I wanted.
I asked them in december to immediately cancel the insurance, which they said they did , but in january it was not done. So I was just forced to go with the insurance company I did not choose , more expensive, and dyme just ignored all my messages . A clearly case of extorsion!!!

It's a great app, help me plan my family budget and keep it on track. I can see in high-level what are we spenting most on, as well as deep dive into transactions, to see more details.
However there's a place to some improvements.
- When some operations take several seconds having a progress indication or doing it in the background will make UX better.
- I'm really missing the ability to add/change main categories, since my grouping is a bit different from the defaults.
- A killer feature would be comparing current month budget history graph + prediction vs. planned and vs. previous month. This can provide a visibility if the current month budget is on track vs. planned or previous.
- Having custom budget month begin/end. E.g. my budget starts on 25th of each month when I get my salary and children allowance.

I need a refund just been charged €19.99 for cancellations which I could do myself
