Very happy with my new heating, and loving the app to control it from anywhere. On the day of the survey I was offered an installation date only 3 weeks away, a nice surprise to be so quick. Liam (who'd done the survey) and Steve made installation look easy, moved my furniure where needed, vacuumed up after themselves and took away the old rads and all the packaging etc. All they left behind was the heating, the documentation, and a very happy customer.

For many years, we have put up with ancient night storage radiators in our holiday home, and unable to pre-heat before visiting in colder weather. Liam from Dynamic Heating, visited, measured, advised wisely and quoted very competitively, and we are now absolutely delighted with three newly installed radiators. The great looks and much improved flexibility and comfort, with Smart Wi-fi control, will make a huge difference. All fitted speedily and efficiently this week, with helpful and essential instructions on iPhone use of the new system, and everything left clean and tidy after disposal of the old units.

My solar power system was designed, supplied and installed by Dynamic in Feb 2024. I spoke to Oliver first and he helped me narrow down the system that would be best for my specific needs. Max completed the onsite survey and managed the installation of the system. The onsite team led by Chris who were carrying out the installation were very polite and extremely helpful. The system, that includes batteries (which in my view is a must) is enough to run my whole property and export a significant amount back to the grid. The performance of the system has so far exceeded all expectation meaning that the return on investment should be better than first thought.
I found that Dynamic Heaters / Solar were competitively priced and I was extremely happy that I chose this company!

From first contact, through a visit to assess our needs, through to installation day the guys at Dynamic, Oliver and Max, have been prompt, knowledgeable and careful. For two older customers we get on really well with the app, which so far has been totally intuitive. The radiators themselves are neat and quickly responsive and have certainly solved our heating problem. They also continue to give out heat for quite a while after they're turned off. All in all a first class experience.

It has been four weeks since I had my Sunamp 210E fitted. So far, I am very pleased with it, Liam and Ben done an excellent job fitting the Sunamp. Both Oliver and Max at Dynamic Heaters where very helpful and I would recommend Dynamic Heaters to others.

After researching alternatives to standard hot water cylinders I settled on a Sunamp to both replace the existing hot water cylinder and complement our all electric home's ASHP, Solar panels and home battery set up. Dynamic Heaters were included in the quote process and won on both price and service during the quotation. Installation was very smooth, on time and neatly installed. The service has however continued beyond purchase with a follow up visit to walk me through the mixer valve and how setting the temperature both impacted the volume of hot water the Sunamp delivers for baths/showers and for us the temperature at the kitchen sink for washing up...very good knowledge transfer and more recently a requested follow up post Sunamp changing their range. A throughly customer focused and competitively priced company

Dynamic Heaters installed electric radiators and fitted solar cells to my roofs. They were efficient and tidy and very professional. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I will definitely use them again.

We had 8 Dynamic Heaters installed and a separate Sun Amp hot water system. Both have proven to be excellent in providing easily controlled heating (controlled from my phone) and plenty of hot water.
The installation team were very efficient and fully cleaned up at the end of each day.

From the inital contact with the company Oliver and his team have been brilliant. Oliver came out to measure the room for the size of the heaters needed and explained how these new heaters worked. Quote came through very quickly, order made and date arranged for fitting.
Two new heaters installed replacing old electric storage heaters and room now looks much better and warmer. The installation team arrived on the day and time that was agreed. They cleaned up afterwards and took the old heaters away. Great guys.
Made sure we understood how the new system worked and set up the new smart Control app for us.
Have contacted Oliver with some questions who was able to help me out explaining the new system. Nothing is too much trouble.

Liam and the team responded quickly to my initial enquiry and gave excellent advice. Our plumbing system is complex and challenging and the installation team went above and beyond to the issues it raised with liam coming back twice to make sure the installation was functioning.

Great experience from start to finish. Options on solar clearly communicated by Neil (sales). No pressure to purchase and quote was competitive. I had lots of options with other companies but I’m glad I chose these guys. They Supplied and fitted 6.8kWh PV system with GivEnergy battery, inverter and EDDI, ahead of schedule and in under 2 days. Sean has done a great job on the panels and replaced any broken tiles along the way. The electrical installation by Max was clean and tidy, everything labelled up on consumer unit and tested post install.. max clearly explained the GivEnergy app and how to get the best from the system.

Whilst this review is triggered by some excellent after-sales service recently provided by Dynamic Heaters, I want to reflect also on an adventure that started in May 2022 to install heaters, a sunamp, solar panels, batteries and inverters.

Not unsurprisingly, with the extent of work and availability of components, it took some time. Not everything worked properly on installation either.

The thing about Dynamic Heaters is that they diligently installed things, went out of their way to resolve issues in the face of slow response from the manufacturers, and truly convinced me they were absolutely dedicated to providing the best service.

Eventually when a minor issue was encountered on an inverter this September, they came within a few days and resolved it.

I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

A really great service from initial contact to installation and beyond. Initial contact made via their website and a speedy reply with an initial quote. Site visit was thorough and informative. Plenty of time given for me to agree to proceed. Kept informed throughout and installation was quick and tidy, again with plenty of explanation. Easy to contact with queries etc. I would highly recommend these guys
