Brilliant customer service from Matt…

I had some questions about the data from my smart meter and what shows on The Energy Hub. The replies I received from Matt were prompt clear and really informative. What’s really good is that Matt stayed with my enquiry from start to finish- I didn’t have to continually repeat myself to whoever picked up my replies. Martin the GDF engineer took the time to explain our options for a repair, and to show me the problem and each solution. It all worked very smoothly, as does the garage door now.

Confused

Received a text from Wessex Water advising of possible problems with water supply, with an update to be provided soon . Nothing heard since. I called Wessex Water the following morning to be told that it was actually Bristol Water so I need to contact them. So why send out texts headed Wessex Water?

Very straightforward

First time user. App easy to use. Used the local lockers to have my box of books collected which worked really well. Again no problem at all. Payment was perhaps a little slower than it might have been, but nothing disastrous. All in all a good first experience. I would do it again and recommend.

Absolutely superb product and service

We came to Dynamic Heaters by recommendation and we would be more than happy to recommend them to others.
From first contact, through a visit to assess our needs, through to installation day the guys at Dynamic, Oliver and Max, have been prompt, knowledgeable and careful. For two older customers we get on really well with the app, which so far has been totally intuitive. The radiators themselves are neat and quickly responsive and have certainly solved our heating problem. They also continue to give out heat for quite a while after they're turned off. All in all a first class experience.

Kind, patient, professional. Superb.

From first phone call, through a couple of meetings, my Mum's funeral, and then a final meeting I have been meet with nothing but the very highest standards of kindness, patience and professionalism. Janet and Chris were superb throughout what is inevitably a harrowing process. This is the second time we've used the Kenpas Highway branch, about eight years apart, and on each occasion the service has been totally faultless. I wouldn't hesitate to return, or hopefully more likely to recommend this excellent business.

A Sykes regular

We've used Sykes several times to book cottage holidays, sometimes at short notice. A great selection of cottages and a clear, easy website to book through. We like the shorter breaks and the occasional offers.

The staff I occasionally talk to are pleasant but completely business and customer focussed. HL provides for a range of investment involvement fir its customers. There is a wealth of information and support available.

Haven't bought stamps on line before, and in truth don't use many of them, but want to avoid queueing in our local post office, so tried Royal Mail website. All very straightforward, and hopefully delivery should be in safe hands.

Exemplary customer experience

The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. No hard sell, no undue delay, everything happening just as described. And the price was a good one. Boilers rarely break in July, but usually in February so we thought we'd take advantage of BG's great offer.
