I have paid for my hoover and not…
I have paid for my hoover and not received it and not been given any reason why . I am still waiting to hear from customer support which has been the worst customer support I have ever experience. I have tried to contact customer support 3 times through WhatsApp but each time they just say they will get back to me and never do. €300 lost.

Thank you for asking and unfortunately I have to be honest…I would give minus one start if it was an option.
After many calls, you still sent two times now the wrong part, so we had to clean the house by hand for a month now while having guests for the holidays
This is unacceptable, especially from a high end brand like yours.
How many times do we need to call and deal with delivery etc until you get it right?
This is making really difficult to buy more of the Dyson products.
We’re still waiting for the correct part. How are we going to solve this? Thank you

Bad delivery experience
I ordered a hairdryer from Dyson on 12th of Dec as a Christmas gift for my wife, their delivery partner Transaher received the item on 13th. Today is the 27th of Dec, the parcel STILL has not been delivered, I have received no communication from transaher despite me trying to contact them on numerous occasions by online form (NO REPLY), direct email (NO REPLY). and phone calls .. answered but no one in the office spoke English they said one moment and then put me through to a number that just continually rings with no answer (by the way the options to press number 1,2 or 3 for different departments was all answered by the same person and received the same reply). Dyson gave me a reference number (not a tracking number) and told me to enter it in the client area of transaher website but this just showed when the order was placed and that it had been paid for. Dyson helpline tried to contact them for me without success. I have now given up and had to track a hairdryer down in a physical shop to purchase and will be expecting a full refund from Dyson. As another reviewer pointed out, I don’t see how Dyson are still using transaher, a company that has absolutely no customer service or respect for its suppliers. Now I have to do battle with Dyson for a refund.
Edit: Dyson thank you for the generic offer of a WhatsApp experience with you, but I fear it will be as non helpful as the numerous times I have spoken to your call centre .. I’m now waiting patiently for a promised email from you. What I would really appreciate is ACTION and a speedy refund rather than lip service. thank you.

I had a fantastic experience shopping on Dyson's website. The site is user-friendly, making it easy to find what I needed. The quick delivery service was a pleasant surprise, and the product itself exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dyson, and I highly recommend it.
I bought a Dyson dryer and…
I bought a Dyson dryer and unfortunately it came in with several scratches. The fan is in a cartoon box but there is no protective shield on it to let you know it’s new.
Not a great start.

Great product, support could be a bit better :)
Update: it was a misunderstanding from the Support team side. Dyson didn’t mean to ask me to buy a new machine with a discount, the Support agent misunderstood the instruction (according to them).
In the end, Dyson sent me the replacement. It took quite a while for the issue to finally be resolved but at least the delivery process was really smooth.
I’m happy with the warranty policy Dyson has, thank you. Perhaps, the support team could be improved a little bit. For example, make sure that customers don’t need to re-do the whole troubleshooting process when it is just following up a case. Also, maybe try to make sure that all questions are answered 😂

My wireless vacuum v10 has been having problem that it stops after a few seconds of vacuuming for after every new charge - before it could work smoothly. I have contacted Support twice via Whatsapp! Both times, I had to re- explain everything and resent new videos for troubleshooting. After troubleshooting, I was promised to be sent a replacement of the main body but both failed due to lack of stock. It took a couple more follow ups with them to finally get things cleared up.
When the replacement is finally in process, i contacted Support again to confirm the details. Maybe it’s during holiday season, the support agent seemed tending to skip some questions. I had to keep referring to the same questions a few times before they were all answered. At one point there was one question about delivery details that i had to ask 4 times 😂 It was at the end when the agent asked “is there anything else” and i said “yes, this question (linking it) that i have asked multiple times” and then I finally got an answer. Not super smooth support but at least I got all the answers :P

The product I bought is perfect, I love it already. But the delivery was a dreadful experience. It was sent with Transaher, there was no way to really track the package. The called me few times, the courier was supposed to call when he gets to my village (a small one but with regular road), he never did. I sent the address, coordinates, google maps pin at least three times, but each time they called me in the evening to tell me that the courier will be tomorrow. Then the package changed the status to "delivered", even though it was definitely not delivered to me. I had to call the customer service, where not a single person (!) spoke English, where they kept reconnecting me because it seems that when you call customer service they act like they cannot tell you anything about your package unless you call your province's office. The info is in the system for christ sake! FINALLY somebody there told me that my package was delivered to a place (some shop) called X, I had to google it, call there and this is how I learned where this amazing delivery company left my expensive package. AWFUL experience, I do not recommend.

It's a total game changer.
I have 2 cats and to keep the house clean is a bit effort and a bit of a nightmare.
The vacuum is my best friend now.
The UX is great, I literally enjoy using it.
It is a way more effective than combined power of the best floor sweepers, hair collecting brushes and ordinary vacuums while it reduces the time of cleaning 10 times

Do not order directly from dyson! This is my second time placing an order with them and the second time I am not receiving my order. I thought the first time maybe was a once in a while occurrence but it’s seems not. I keep reaching out to customer service but they have no solution for me. They tell me to contact transaher that is responsible for delivering the item but they also don’t answer and no one ever knows where the item is. I will never order directly from dyson Spain again. It’s just money and time wasted and I suggest that no one orders from them either. You’ll just be met with stress and no answers
