Efficient well communicated delivery

I got my Dyson airwrap promptly. The instructions on use in English are not very clear. I would have valued a link to video instructions and tips to get the best out of my new appliance.
I was invited to have a virtual consultation, but when I went to book it, appointments were only in person and the nearest one to me is 5 hours drive. Not very clever.

I ordered a Dyson fan but never…

I ordered a Dyson fan but never delivered. When you chat with the Dyson helpdesk, they reply to you after 36 minutes of waiting and asking me to call the logistics company that does not answer either phone or emails.

I am disappointed that Dyson used such a dysfunctional logistics company for a high-level product. I will never use their website anymore.

I have ordered V15

I have ordered V15, it was and never delivered, Dyson uses a company called Transaher, and not only they did not deliver my item they were also incredibly disrespectful and they lied about the delivery, they kept saying they delivered it even though they had no proof of delivery, and the customer service hung up on me many times with no call back, they made me wait at home for days in the middle of summer, they were one of the worst I have experienced, and Dyson not only did anything they refunded my money super late, I really did not expect that kind of customer service from such an expensive company. It was a total dissapointment, I ended up ordering from Amazon, and they delivered it within 5 days!

Very poor customer service and poor…

Very poor customer service and poor delivery service. I purchased a hair dryer and was told it would be delivered on the 29/6, I still haven’t received it and I have not been given any reassurance on when it will be delivered. I have emailed customer support, whatsapp customer support and they are slow to respond or don’t do what they say. I was told on Monday that the administration department would contact me, I’m still waiting. Tracking for delivery is useless. Poor from Dyson

A very bad delivery am still waiting

I am still waiting over two weeks & still not had my vacuum delivered. Dyson should get a delivery company that can deliver the goods that Dyson sale.

Dyson in Portugal is a disgrace

Dyson in Portugal is a disgrace. Nobody cares in Dyson uk. I've been cheated with false publicity, prices that vary in parts to solve the problem, delivery that doesn't comply with timings. Everything they say is false and every step of the purchase has been a nightmare. Stay away. Avoid at all costs. Tried to get help by all means and can't get a solution for the problem Dyson caused

Dysons book inspired me to buy a new…

Dysons book inspired me to buy a new vacuum. Currently using a ball cyclone one
Rang helpline to get advice on which one to buy for my 200M2 house. Was told cyclone V10 was adequate
Found this to be totally incorrect advice and the vacuum is inadequate for what I need. It’s much less capable of cleaning large surfaces quickly and the head tracks very randomly
I considered asking for a refund but decided to keep it for small, out of the way places, hard to reach etc
Was hoping to be able to give away my old one to a friend but can’t
In short, the machine is fine I guess for what it was designed for but the advice I was given was wrong

Your Customer Service & Delivery Service Sucks Better than your Vaccuum Cleaners

Dyson does not allow a customer to cancel an order over the phone, even when the cancellation request is made within hours.
Dyson requires that the customer waits until after the Delivery company attempts to deliver the product, the product is rejected upon delivery, and then the product is returned to the warehouse in order for a customer to receive a refund.
Delivery Company (Transaher) never attempted to deliver the second Dyson product I wanted to keep, after being instructed to only return the first order I wished to cancel.
Dyson automatically registered (in the MyDyson profile) the two products (one I wanted to keep and the one I wanted returned) although the DElivery company erroneously returned both orders and I never received them.
MyDyson does not allow the customer to remove products (which they never received) from the MyDyson customer profile, three weeks after receiving a refund. The falsely registered products still have not been automatically removed from MyDyson profile.
Overall the order and delivery process is abysmal. Even when you call the companies on the phone they cannot fix the problems with the order and delivery process.

Months waiting for a spare parts

I bought a Dyson V12 at the end of November and a piece broke after just a month. I have been contacting the Customer Service endless times and to this day I have received no solution yet - the piece is reportedly out of stock, they cannot refund the money because the 30-day period has passed (how convenient!) and the claim they will contact me when the piece is sent.
Also they keep on claiming that the stock is updated every week or "in a few weeks", but this seems to be totally untrue as I have been waiting 4 months now.
They offered meaningless solutions like "use another accesory" - then why do you make different ones?! They have different purposes, haven't they? I can do this for a couple of months, but then I DEMAND to have what I paid for.

I paid the entire amount for the vacuum cleaner, confiding in Dyson and in their assistance. The vacuum is great, but their assistance is terrible - once they have your money, they forget you exist. Also, the chat process is painful as you have to provide lot of data several time you need to contact them (and they discourage you to call and refer you to Whatsapp channel). Beware of this company - great products, but you better hope they never stop working!!

No repair was possible after 4 years of use

You would expect for such an expensive devise to be able to be repaired when it breaks down. My daughter bought her hair driyer about 4 years ago. It broke down after a year and we got a replacement under the guarantee. She takes very good care of this piece because she spent all her savings in it. It recently broke down again and in the dyson repair shop I was told there is no way to fix it because the motor is made in Malasya and cannot be repaired. My daughter is extremely frustrated and upset.
My advice… think twice if you are willing to spend such amount of money for a technology that cannot be repaired.

Smooth & timely ordering, great quality

As expected from this reputed company, the ordering and delivery process was smooth and timely (although it could have been even faster than the 3 days it took).

I have been using Dyson products for over 20 years and love the quality of all their products.
