Its just a lie that services are given
Suddenly when i asked for a refund for aat level 4 my course access was denied for level 2 and 3 also im never given xero as well. Regarding expiry kindly mention date when i received a email that my courses are going to expired. Services for ehich i had paid i was never offered. They just know to scam people and make money. Never give the services for which we pay to them. Dont buy their courses these people are fraud.

E-careers great customer service
I had an issue with my payment code, I hadn't redeemed it within 4 weeks of receiving it with the AAT so it was invalidated. I called E-Careers up and a man called Piyush got me a voucher code that would generate a new payment code for an AAT membership within 10 minutes. He was very quick and helpful and made the call a lot less stressful on my part.

Luke answered all the questions I had about my course and tutor support available. Having shopped around to see which learning provider would suit me most, E-Careers definitely stood out. In addition they were highly rated online in CIPD study groups.
