Mixed emotions
Great product, delivery ok - but it took me more than half a year to get this jacket in size XL. I contacted e-rides at least 5 times in between and got very different answers if and when this might be available again (reaching from 3weeks in 2020 to "XL is out" this year - however I dared to ask again in July). Communication was always very friendly and fast. though. Subscription to email notification did not work out. It would be awesome to see a more reliable restocking process and the same information level with all staff regarding product availability.

It was nice speaking to you, and we are very glad to hear you like the jacket! The chest protection is unique to the e-RIDES edition lazyrolling jacket.
As per our conversation, since the jacket is produced offshore, we are very much relying on the manufacturer and the forwarder on the delivery timeline. Unfortunately due to the Covid situation, the dates was pushed back several times which is out of our control. We were also eagerly waiting for the delivery, as the demand for this product is very high! We have now received the stock so if there is anything else you need, for example, the level 1 or level 2 pads, we are able to fulfil your order immediately.
With regards to the subscription, you were unable to subscribe for size XL in white colour as we currently don’t sell this size/colour combination. If you would like to see us stocking products not currently listed on our site, please feel free to email info@erides.co.uk, and we will try our best to source the product for you.

Amazing Company
I ordered a Nanrobot D6+ on e-RIDES and they sent it off to UPS the next morning (I ordered Monday Night) and it would of came by Wednesday but UPS delay so it came by Thursday. Fantastic customer support and respond very quickly, are also monitoring your delivery on their end too! They even gave me a free e-RIDES hoodie in there for free!
I can't fault e-RIDES they are an amazing team and definitely a good company to buy from, great prices and great customer support. I would recommend e-RIDES to everyone who is in the market for an Electric vehicle or accessories, the Hoodie they gave is extremely warm even on cold days here up North and I'd wear it instead of a coat especially at night due to it being reflective.
Overall 5 stars amazing service and my scooter has been amazing, no problems at all, if you have your doubts about e-RIDES then don't because it's absolutely astounding.
