We are sorry for the delay in delivery. It looks like your order was placed after 2pm central on the 1st, therefore the order would ship out on the 2nd. UPS shows a missed flight in transit and the order is out for delivery today instead of yesterday. We of course will refund that Next Day Air charge due to the shipment arriving a day late!

Those guys are just great
Those guys are just great! They provide excellent customer service and their product is really good quality and easy to install (we've done it ourselves, with their helping tips provided via the phone).
We live in Canada, but were visiting New Orleans, so thought we would drop by to pick up some missing pieces for our third cable railing project. Normally they don't provide service like this. But Eddie was able to help us on the spot and we left with everything that we needed. That is what I call great service - thank you Eddie!
Also we receive complements on how our two previous project look - rightfully so, as we also think they look just great! Big thank you all around!
