Don't waste your money.
This is a scam. They cannot be contacted by phone or email. Their returns system leads nowhere, they never respond. They sent a much smaller rug than the one I paid for. Can't get in touch to get my money back or the proper item delivered
AVOID. I believe that e-rugs.co.uk is a SCAM COMPANY and would urge people to avoid using them.
I ordered 3 rugs online from E-Rugs.co.uk.
Only 1 out of the 3 rugs had been delivered. I have called the number supplied on their website several times today and yesterday and it rings with no answer and just cuts off.
I have also emailed their contact email and have left a message with them on facebook with no response.
With their continued unresponsiveness, there is no recourse for myself to learn when or if the outstanding rugs will be delivered or whether I will get a refund for the undelivered rugs.
