I have used other free web hosting service and have struggled with downtime, poor or no documentation and complete lack of support. Using e-voice is completely different. The web generation is simple and bespoke. There are regular training sessions where you can request resolution of individual problems. There is extensive documentation and test sites to demonstrate how things work. There are online support forums which receive prompt replies. This is everything I need in a community web hosting system.

I have found this a vital service over the past 15 years in providing a general private News website for Elstead and for specialised websites supporting particular campaigns such as Speed Watch and the development of our Neighourhood Plan.
The development of a site is relatively easy using the tools provided and involves no heavy coding. The sites can be maintained by anybody with permission to do so.

We're a small health think tank which has been using VOICE for a number of years (and a previous local mental health charity I was a Trustee of also used VOICE).

We like the capacity of VOICE websites and the choice of different styles (themes) - and Joe is very helpful if we have problems (even if we've caused the problems ourselves)

Have found Voice great for our website (local church one). It is free, and I don't remember a time, over a period of nearly 10 years, when the service has been unavailable. Recently I sent an email with a support question and it was answered with a great answer! It is clear and straightforward to use, and has provided all the functionality we need.

I worked with this platform and team for quite a few years. a great platform which enables small groups to have a website they can actually manage without being taken for a ride by some Web development companies. Its easy to use for people who have no experience of building a website, to people who may have some. e-voice is a real enabling platform that I truly love using and helping others to.

Can't praise this enough especially when a lot of it is voluntary work.

I had a technical query that I was unable to solve myself being a novice. Although I did not fully understand the help sheets on this matter, after contacting Voice they responded very quickly with precise easy to understand instructions which worked perfectly.

As a small community group, we run on a very tight budget, but it was always our aim to have our own website. Finding Voice Online Communities seemed almost too good to be true. A useable domain name, access to website building software, and hosting services - all for free.
It fully lived up to its promise. Within a month, a couple of us with absolutely no prior experience of building websites have managed to create and publish a site of which we both feel very proud.
Being able to see other websites created on e-voice allowed us to identify features that we thought would work well for us, and the support forum has been hugely helpful in suggesting solutions to the few problems we encountered. I cannot speak too highly of the whole process, and would wholeheartedly recommend this platform for any small groups wishing to dip a toe in the online water.

I have two websites on my account with e-voice and am completly satisfied although as a newcomer to using websites it has taken a while to get used to but Joe has been very helpful and in recent months has made many useful updates.

Joe is a great ambassador for E-voice who works tirelessly and his/her responses to queries are always very prompt. If he/she is one person then he/she is doing an amazing job and I am very impressed.

A website provides all the basic requirements to promote causes as well as some good features to showcase news, events, surveys and more. Plus it is easy to maintain as you don't need to be an expert on websites.

It is free to use, which makes it even more worthwhile as its technical support is actually good. They are working on making the documentation better and easier to understand for regular people, like me, who are not too tech-savvy. The support forum is my place to go to find answers.

We are a social cycling group in Bath and were thrilled to come across e-voice. We have no money and are a community group offering retirees the chance to go out cycling with other each week. The voice website is free to community groups and so easy and intuitive to use and has given us a great online profile.
