So far so good, device produces lots of clean vapor. My only gripe is that towards the ends of the sessions the device can get to be quite warm.

Great for newbies
Quick delivery! Good packaging. Would have loved it if the packaging was recyclable though. Good product. Have been using my Iven exclusively since it arrived. Very user friendly and discreet. I don’t need anything with too much power, so this is great for my use. It would be cool if you could pause it mid session and start it up again when you want to finish the rest of the herb. There’s probably a way to do it, but I haven’t figured it out. Or there may be safety issues associated with pausing mid sesh. All in all. 10/10. Recommend for beginners looking to get into vaporizers.

Please also know there is no issue in stopping the device mid session if you need to! When you're ready to stop, hold down the power button until the iven vibrates and you see the light turn off. And when you're ready to start again, simply turn the iven on and its good to go!
I love this device; wish the battery life was longer
I love this device. It’s compact and discreet. My only complaints are the battery life and the fact that you can still smell the flower that has been packed inside. Maybe I’m asking for too much here. I just don’t like opening my bag when I’m out and getting hit in the face with the smell as I’m sure others around me smell it too. Aside from those two things, I love this device!

As for the smell, we recommend using the alcohol soaked cotton swabs to clean out the bowl after each session to help keep the bowl smell and debris free. If ever need more we now offer a replacement kit so you'll never run out!
It’s a good little device but..
It’s a good little device. But the smell and taste are absolutely repulsive and makes me nauseous while using it.

The design of this pen, or more accurately, this product, is sleek and elegant (lol). There are numerous aspects of this product that I appreciate: it charges quickly and has a long-lasting battery, I adore its multiple burn options, and the automated functions are fantastic. The sole reason for my 4-star rating is that it emits an unpleasant odor during use.

Customer service is great - imperative to do business with a company
Initial issue of delivery mix up by USPS, company responded immediately. Then needed a small part replaced, company responded immediately. In today's world this is the exception, not the rule. Would definitely purchase again b/c of great customer service.
