When messaged in their whatsapp no. about the issue, the person hardly responds and that one time he did, said the stock was delayed but he never cared to mention this before. Pathetic customer service experience and shall never order again

it came without orignal box , no bill is present and product is also looking used plus the heat sink label was also removed from it

It should have been mentioned on the product description plus the image used for the product is also false

I ordered PS5 games, I never received them, I sent them an email to info@, and through the website to contacts - they didn't even deign to answer that.
I'm reporting this to the police!

I ordered a league of legends gift card worth 830INR, went through flawlessly, was delivered within the quoted time.
well tbh, when I had ordered, the website said the order was completed and I had not got any key regarding the giftcard on my mail or on the website, beware it was midnight when I had ordered, so I sent a mail regarding the situation and it was resolved at the morning.

Scam and wasting your time and money

Quick summary:
1. I paid for Amazon coupons
2. I did not get anything
3. Support noticed me after 2 hours
4. Support told me that email keys delivery takes about a week
5. I requested a refund that takes "7-10 business days"

First of all they did not send me any keys after after payment. Just a list of ordered positions. Order part of my account was empty (and still empty). WhatsApp support answered after two hours that delivery time is about a week! I requested a refund, the answer was that it takes 2 days

Upd: now they texted me that refund will take 7-10 business days

Don't waste your time on these scammers
