I purchased Xbox Pulse Cipher controller from e2zstore which i could not find in any other online or offline stores. I placed the order late on the night of 1st Jan and received the controller on 3rd Jan in Pune. Really happy with the quick delivery and the product quality. Most dumb site have seen ever. They listed a components that was actually not in their stock. Also they stuck all orders at processing stage until you contact them. I can give them -1 star if possible. They have to shutdown that site.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the handling of my prepaid order placed on 15th November 2025.

Order Details: Order Item: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 16GB (2x8GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL36 Desktop Memory Order Date: 15th November 2025 Payment: Prepaid (100% paid at the time of order)

Before placing the order, I specifically confirmed stock availability through your official WhatsApp support, and I was clearly told that the item was in stock and ready to ship. Relying on that confirmation, I went ahead and placed the prepaid order.

Since 15th November, I have been receiving daily emails and WhatsApp messages stating “Your order is packed and ready for dispatch” – which now turns out to be completely false and misleading spam.

On 19th November, I was informed that the product would finally ship on 22nd November. I patiently waited.

However, this morning (21st November), I received a call from your team informing me that the item is suddenly out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

This is absolutely unacceptable for the following reasons:

I was explicitly assured of stock availability before ordering.
My order was prepaid – you have had my money for almost a week.
I was bombarded with false “ready to ship” updates every single day, wasting my time and creating false expectations.
Accepting a prepaid order and only then starting to source the product from suppliers (and failing to do so) is neither a good nor fair business practice. Customers expect that when a seller confirms stock and accepts full payment, the item is physically available and reserved for them – not that their money will be held while the seller tries (and fails) to procure it later.
In the meantime, DDR5 RAM prices across the market have increased significantly. Because of your mishandling, I now face the prospect of paying hundreds or thousands of rupees more if I purchase the same product elsewhere.

This is not just poor service – it feels like deliberate misleading and time-wasting to hold customer funds while you fail to fulfill confirmed orders.

Ordered a SSD at a good price. Really happy with the delivery time. Only packaging could have been better
