I sent my late father’s cine films
I sent my late father’s cine films, 22 reels (19x 3” plus three larger compilations), several of which we had difficulty projecting; remarkably I received a digitised version of every one. A few of them were quite poor, but as I had not purchased any form of enhancement, I was pleased to see any images at all. All in all what I have received has exceeded my expectations.

The Memory Box arrived promptly. It was easy to list and number the audio cassette tapes.
The update emails were helpful. The quality of the audio was very good. Everything was returned correctly.
The only downside was the length of time.

Good communication throughout
Good communication throughout. The instructions were easy to follow. Felt reassured throughout the process. The tapes were approximately 25 years old and had been sat in a box. Now we are able to re-live some very special moments.

Digitising my old camcorder films
I used each moment after doing some research into digitising my old camcorder films and after reading all the reviews about them took the plunge and sent them all in which is a bit scary as they were all our fabulous memories of our children growing up, but I needn’t have worried the process was really great and very well organised it does take a bit of time for all the processes but it is so worth it we now have our memories on a digital file as well as a usb stick and the quality of them is just brilliant I would highly recommend using each moment great experience from start to finish

Excellent
To be honest, I was quite nervous sending our precious video tapes away to be digitised. However, I needn't have worried because the whole process was really well done. On reflection I probably should have had the older video enhanced as it is quite grainy but the original film is from the 1950s. Overall, an excellent experience with Each Moment, would recommend.

Good recovery of old slides
I was impressed with the quality of the photos you’ve produced from the slides I sent. They’ve nearly al produced good reminders of how things were. My only issue is finding a way to transfer the downloads into my phone photo collection.

Excellent service from start to finish.
The videos I sent in ranged from 1988 to 2007 and a couple had the dreaded bit of tape hanging out of the cartridge. The results were much better than I hoped and it has been a delight to watch them all again. The method used to send and return your tapes is efficient and the courier was good also. I had chosen a busy time to send in 12 items so it was 4 or 5 months before the whole process completed. Bear that in mind if you have a deadline. Would definitely use this company again.

My cine8 films came out well
My cine8 films came out well. Managed to view them on line with no hassle and the usb worked well as extra backup. I didn’t get them digitally enhanced or choose the express delivery. When I sent my order the turnaround time was stated as 4-5 weeks. It actually took 6 months, which I thought was excessive, even with Christmas in between. That’s why I knocked off a star. The service was good apart from that.

Having been devastated at losing most…
Having been devastated at losing most of my family's photographs and memorabilia, in a snow melt that flooded my mountain home in California, I am so thrilled that EachMoment was able to digitise the remaining VHS and mini tapes of my children and my now deceased husband. It was worth every penny.

The full process was amaising from start to finish. I have lost my two boys and I had a lot of memorirs of them on theses tapes.... so you can imagine my excitement when i got to watch them again.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE
Awful company. I sent my precious videotapes in February 2026 hoping to get dvd disks back. Started chasing in March as I had no correspondence. I had a email after chasing again to say disks are on way. Last week the box turned up with my original tapes but no disks. I had another email apologising again to say they were busy and will get the disks to me when they can! I have told them they will be reported to trading standards as I think this is a SCAM!!! Thankfully I have the originals back but I have lost the money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
