Melissa was wonderful.
She was gentle, and thorough. I felt so at ease with her. When I visited Edinburgh last April, she removed my ear wax… so when I arrived in August, I needed the same procedure. So I felt so confident to have Melissa work on my ears again.

I booked a last minute appointment due to trying to clear out my own ears and making them worse. Woke up in the morning in severe pain so decided to visit Ears based in Newton Mearns. My appointment with Kinza was over within about 20 minutes and my ears were fulled cleared and pain was completely gone. I would not think twice about re visiting this Clinic as everything was absolutely perfect.

I had my ears cleaned and cleared and it was incredible Melissa was so articulate and clear about what would happen .The weird thing was having something put into your ear drum made me feel a bit queasy,squeamish just for a second she cleaned the ears out of my ear canal with suction the ear canal is quite narrow that’s why it made me feel a bit weird then whooshed the water .I went into for her to take a look to see if I need them done .it was very reasonable .I would have booked them every 6mths if I could have .i wear earplugs that’s not the best and neither is holding your breathe and your nose and pushing to release the popping .i learnt a lot from Melissa

Millissa was very good, she explained in detail what the best solution was for my earwax blockage. Very knowledgeable about my ear condition.

If you get your ears done regularly you will never have the problem of a blocked ear when you go on holiday. This always happened to me after being in the pool.
Also no need to put drops in before visit ( most other companies still ask you to do this)

I had an appointment with Melissa at the South Queensferry clinic, she was really friendly and put me at ease instantly. My hearing was so bad in one ear after swimming and was having a real impact on me. Melissa explained everything thoroughly and the procedure was straightforward, speedy and comfortable. Great value for money and would highly recommend this clinic and Melissa in particular, thank you!

Attended the EARS clinic in Newton Mearns yesterday for ear wax removal and experienced a fantastic service using state of the art technology.Sinead the professional who provide the service was friendly ,communicated the process well and provided an excellent speedy and very comfortable service .The before and after treatment photos were really reassuring.The cost of the service provided excellent value for money .I have no hesitation in recommending EARS for this service .

This is my 2nd visit and it was fab. Woke up Saturday morning and couldn't hear a thing out my left ear. Made appointment and was seen on Monday. Pictures were took of the inside of my ears and could see they were impacted with wax. A quick vacuum and some water and I could hear again. Would 100% recommend this service and I'll defo be coming back but won't leave it as long this time.

This was my second visit in two years to Ears clinic. I booked the appointment on the same day having a blocked ear for almost a week i just had to have cleared. Its great there are clinics in different locations. It was very clean and hygiene standards top notch. Kinza was great and could see from my file that my left ear was problematic with wax. Kinda was friendly and took pictures before and after. What a difference ! I didn't need to see the picture my ear was cleared as I could hear again! They email the scans to you. A great experience and I will visit again!

Booking process very quick all details completed online therefore saving time on arrival. I made my reservation for the Newton Mearns office and met with Kinza my clinician who put me straight at ease by explaining the process of what was required to clear my problem. All went well, no pain or discomfort as Kinza was extremely professional in her work.

I can now hear perfectly well.

I have been using Ears Clinic for a number of years now and have found them to be very professional and usually have a good choice of appointments to suit even at short notice.

I had lost all hearing in my left (due to swimming on holiday).

On my return, I went to the pharmacist who prescribed soda bicarbonate drops for one week - still blocked. Therefore, contacted medical practice, who referred me to the department dealing with ears - 7 weeks before I could get an appointment.

Contacted Ears clinic - got an appointment almost immediately . I was treated by Melissa who was so professional and everything cleared up within 25 minutes.

I would recommend anyone in the same position as me to skip the pharmacist and medical practice and go straight to the Ears Clinic - exceptional service and value, delivered quickly!

Was amazing as I was informed that I have an ear condition that makes it hard to hear people when in a noisy place and feel as if my ears are blocked. Was given instructions on how to try and reverse this

Genuinely a very pleasant experience for someone who has never had this done and was very nervous about it. Sinead was very reassuring and calming. She explained the entire procedure and asked all the questions before we started. The procedure was done within 5 minutes of starting and was relieved to have my hearing back to normal.
