Beyond Disappointed
I've used Early Bird several times before without any issues, but this experience was very disappointing.
My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted Early Bird, they said they had no way to verify the delivery and suggested I check with my neighbors. I checked with all the neighbors I could reach, but no one had seen the package.
Instead of investigating, they told me to contact the company I ordered from and solve the issue myself. This has caused a major inconvenience, as I won't have the products when I need them most. Poor customer service and no accountability.

I am beyond frustrated. Once again, I woke up only to find that my package is nowhere to be found. Where is my package?
This is now the THIRD package your company has lost. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious failure in your delivery service. I should not have to deal with the same problem over and over again.
I expect an immediate investigation and a clear explanation of what happened to my shipment. I also expect your company to take full responsibility for these repeated failures and provide an appropriate resolution.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Deliveries arrive half the time and are always delayed by like 2 weeks. Completely unreliable. Choose any service that isn't early bird. Avoid at all costs

They didn't deliver to a locked postbox…
They didn't deliver to a locked postbox but said they did. Even when reviewed through the sending company they refused to acknowledge any fault. Not answerable to anyone apparently.
