It's simplicity and easy to understand code of practice made good sense to me and its ethical vales gives great weight and instills trust in dealing with such a company where as a customer on the other side of the screen it was a no brainer to sign up. Plus caring for the Earth and animals and people alike is good for the soul. Whilst in the business of saving myself some money it offers great value and internet speeds for a very good price compared to other companies which made my choice easy in the end it was obviously glaring the better option I knew this is the one to go with instantly, to some it up in a word - Integrity- cant be faked.

We had an external connection problem that required help from the guys at earth. James helped us out with a swift, informative response including what the problem was, the estimated solution time, and what to do if this wasn’t solved. It was refreshing to be given a lot of information around our problem as this made it much easier to understand.

My WiFi box arrived and I got in touch with earth broadband on live chat and someone called Ella helped me and did amazing and got my router sorted less then 10 minutes amazing help and service

Service was poor and cut out regularly. Customer service is dreadful and there was a hidden £70 cancelation fee!!

James is amazing he is on the ball and gets things done, while i have had a few issues since signing up james has been there to ensure everything is sorted and kept in place and ready, he has kept me informed along the way and been very very polite and helpful a definite asset to earth broadband company and deserves all the recognition he gets,
Earth broadband as i said i have had a few issues not due to them but down to openreach i highly recommend earth broadband the speeds are perfect with no dropouts so far

Mostly the signal is great, from time to time it does because a little heavy. However, when I did have an issue for a few days where I was getting cut off quite frequently, someone was sent out after I sent a few photos and answers some questions. They diagnosed the fault and fixed it.
