UPDATE: I saw they replied with some email address, just tried it and it. Bounced back, of course. The theft and scam continues… they literally have at least 5 different customer support email addresses and a couple bounced back. So shady.

Terrible quality and customer service. No integrity standing behind their products. I feel scammed and it’s not worth the risk. I bought two pair, wanted to return one that didn’t fit right and keep the second. Wore them on a walk and by the last half the rivet only on the right sandal was DIGGING into my foot, left sandal totally fine. Defective, right? The “customer service rep” said they’d credit $10 to keep as it could work itself out, so to speak. I said it wasn’t worth the risk of being stuck with a $100+ pair of sandals that I can’t wear because they’re painful. They said of course I could return as long as UNWORN, etc… WHAT?! I just told you I already wore it! And how am I supposed to “work it out” without wearing them?! Not integrity standing behind their product and shoddy craftsmanship. Feels like a scam, beware.

I absolutely love these ! I bought the Barefoot Hurache Slip Ons .Once I broke them in after the first week of my feet getting used to barefoot shoes I have been wearing them non-stop ever since! After 3 weeks I noticed improved ankle strength and also my inflammation has gone way down! So happy with these.
Great quality, and wearing leather keeps your feet clean and odor free! Synthetic materials stink. Literally.

The slides are great. These are the second pairs I have bought however, there are a few things that I think could improve. I wish there was a way to incorporate better arch support without losing the grounding effect. Also, the bed of the slides change color through time (because of body oil which is natural) however, it makes the sole look dirty. I wish you would use a darker color sole so the footprint wouldn’t stand out so vividly. The same applies to the white stitching. I think it would look more elegant if the color of the stitching matched the color of the sole.

First I ordered theChukka boots a size to small and knew immediately as my big toe was hitting the end, I contacted customer service and returned them within a couple weeks I received a pair one size bigger.i put them on and walked out to my apple trees, my feet felt great. I was pruning the trees and had a ladder. I climbed up the ladder and I could feel every step through my new shoes, felt very secure and comfortable. Latter that day I walked out to get my mail on the old gravel county road, just curious how it would feel? I was amazed as I could feel every step and every rock and pebble but absolute no pain , very comfortable. Since I have ridden my bike with them on. They give me a feeling of being more connected. Being a craftsman myself I can see the quality craftsmanship. I think this and being grounded are a real a real benefit to my life. In love them and feel they are a real value for the price. Hard to find quality handmade products anymore. I’d reaver pay a little bit more for a quality product that will last many times more than some cheaper throw away item.

I returned home from rehab after breaking my femur to the full use of a grounding mattress pad. Sleep was profound, without pain, until I moved. More rehab followed, and throughout the process, I was told that healing would happen during rest, especially if I slept.
And sleep I did, many thanks to the Earthing Harmony mattress pad.
I just turned 90 last month. I still use a cane on outside uneven surfaces, but inside the house, with little exception, I am on my feet without the cane. I am still wearing the hand made EH leather grounding shoes that enable me to benefit from Mother Earth while I am gardening or just taking a stroll, but am grateful knowing that regenerating rest awaits me inside on my bed…thank you!

I bought the huaraches about a month ago. I have very hard to fit feet - they are wide and Fred Flintstone-esque and on top of that, I do get some swelling, especially in the left. I took a chance on these. I am normally an 8.5 wide and decided to go for the 9 to accommodate for the swelling. The huaraches were a pre-order. I was excited for my shoes and patience is not my best virtue. So when I got impatient and needed a progress check, I really appreciated that customer service was quick to respond and let me know my order was in the works. Advice: be patient because the huaraches are worth the wait!

My order arrived. The shoes conformed to my feet amazingly quickly. No blisters,or binding. They are beautifully crafted and the softness of the weave and pliability of the leather really helps the shoe conform to the foot. They are one of the only pairs that actually feel good on my feet all day. And the bonus is that they look nice. I can wear them with dresses or with pants. And I love them. I’m trying to decide if some of the other EH styles would conform to my “Freds” as well as these did. I’m very happy with my purchase. And I’m thinking getting the same huaraches in black.

My experience shopping with them has been great! I am old and had problems with placing an order, they phoned me to guide me along the way.. I thought the good experience ends there, until I received my Huaraches and they are the best pair I've got so far! Locked in a new order for the new sandals! Excited for new styles from Earthing Harmony!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Earthing Harmony the first week of November 2025. I received those shoes the beginning of January 2026, and unfortunately they did not fit me well and had quite stiff soles, so I decided to return them. FYI: You do not get the full amount back (which is included in their return policy)… or in my case currently… anything back. I submitted my return request on Jan. 12, 2026, which was approved on Jan. 22 after I emailed them after no reply for over a week. I sent my shoes to their warehouse in February and still have not heard back anything or gotten my refund… despite sending multiple emails requesting an update on the status. Needless to say, my experience with their customer service has been very poor. It’s unfortunate because their shoes seemed like they would be nice.

Their sizing is wayyyyy off. I always wear an 8 and they fit like a 9 (not even a half size difference). Reason for the 1 star review especially is because they wouldn’t return them without the original box, despite the shoes being in brand new/pristine shape. I’ve always counted on a size 8 fitting perfectly. These shoes are way too expensive for the company to not take a small packaging hit. Would not recommend Earthing Harmony, and I’m not buying a different size.

I’ve received my men’s loafers as a gift from my wife and I’ve been really impressed. My knees can be quite bad at times, but I’ve genuinely noticed I feel more balanced when I’m wearing them. They’re so comfortable and easy to throw on. Really glad I gave them a go!

I have to wear tennis shoes to work, but as soon as I get home I put on my Earthing Harmony sandals. My feet feel like they breathe a sigh of relief when my soles touch the leather. After a long day, my feet are happy.

I just received my huarache shoes and am wearing around the house for now. They are beautifully made and the fit is good. I’ve been wearing barefoot, wide toe box shoes for a long time so these fit right in. My only concern is the sole which is quite slippery on very smooth surfaces. I’m 83 and don’t want to be worried about slips and falls! I’m trying to to scuff up the soles. I often walk barefoot in the grass early in the morning and hoping these shoes help with my arthritis. So far so good!

The grounding mat isn't the first product I've bought from this company and it won't be the last! After being without my grounding sheets for a couple of weeks due to buying a new bed I really noticed the difference! Because of the style of the new bed I had to change to the grounding mat and as soon as it arrived, on time I might add, I put it on and by day 2 I was sleeping better but it's how I felt when I woke up the next day that's the most important...more rested and alert and all the strains and tension GONE!! I feel so good in the mornings now no matter how I feel when I go to bed!! I'll NEVER be without my grounding mat again...and I plan on taking it with me when I travel, something I really couldn't do with the sheets. Thank you Earthing Harmony, I feel like I have my best life back!!

I trusted my instinct and after doing a bit of research, I came across this company and I’m so glad I did. The difference these shoes have made has been unreal. Thank you Earthing Harmony, I’ll definitely be back again soon. The Huaraches and Barefoot Slip ons are my favourites so far!

Pros are many, I love the shoes, on my 5th pair, they are classic and versatile style-wise and very comfortable. I do have more energy from wearing them. Its subtle but definitely there. I was worried my feet would stink, be sweaty slippery, or that I'd have blisters, and none of those are issues. They soles can be slick at first, but get texture and grip with a few wears. They feel very well made and hold up no problem during my walks around downtown for my lunch break. I did have a bit of an issue with sizing discrepancy, all my 5 pairs were size 41...one pair fits a little loose, the slides look a bit short, the others were a bit snug and the fifth pair was too big. I returned and sized down in the ballet flats to a 40 and they now fit snug like the others, but all stretch with wear and fit well now. I'd size up in slide sandals amd down in ballet flats. The receiving and returning process is slow but communication from the support team is very prompt and helpful. I am on pre-order for the woven slides and excited for those, and I'm really enjoying the style, comfort and energy these shoes give.

Customer service has been disastrous. First pair of shoes ordered were too big - I could not walk in them despite being my shoe size. Second pair of shoes delivered were the wrong size. And now company wants me to waste my time again to package the shoes and send back to them a second time. Complete waste of time. It's been weeks and still unresolved. No one returning my calls. Shoes are grossly overpriced. I regret buying these ridiculous shoes

I ordered the eco Detergent sheets to wash my new grounding bed sheets. As suggested by the company. So my sheets don’t get damaged by harsh chemical detergents. But my family and I have over the past few years been swapping out everything in our home to eco friendly and healthier for us too. We went as far as even purchasing 100% linen or cotton clothing. I love the detergent sheets as you can tear the large sheet in half and even the half can be cut into half for smaller loads! So convenient! And the small box can be put away in a drawer . I love hanging the laundry outside allowing the sunshine to add to the smell of our wooded area. The laundry is clean and has that natural earth scent once I start folding! I don’t get sick of it! I highly recommend it! Infact I just got a friend of mines interested in purchasing the grounding sheets and the eco detergent sheets! I want everyone to experience what I been experiencing using grounding sheets and keeping my sheets longer with the eco friendly detergent sheets!

Please be aware that Earthing Harmony does NOT honor their return policy. I purchased a pair of sandals, but unfortunately, they did not fit. I ordered the same size as my previous shoes from this company. (The sandals must run differently than shoes) I sent pictures, as per their requirement for return. They offered me an opportunity to exchange, which I "applied" for in a different style, as the ones I ordered ended up being too short and yet too big in the strap area. Then I received an email stating I could not exchange or return because the shoes were "worn". Which they absolutely were not. If the shoes looked worn to them, then they sent me used shoes, as I could not have worn shoes that did not fit. I am assuming this is the dishonest way they can "say" they have a money-back guarantee but not actually honor it. I believe in earthing products, but I DO NOT recommend this company.
UPDATE 5-19-26: Earthing harmony pretended they were going to help. They allowed me to exchange my sandals and asked me to change my review on here. They received the sandals 2 week ago per the post office tracking. I have not received any confirmation that my new sandals were being sent. Laura, who promised to take care of my case quickly, is no longer responding or communicating with me. Please do your research before buying anything from this company.
