The Barefoot Slip On Shoes and SO comfortable!!!
I ordered the barefoot slip on shoes and ADORE them! I had a traumatic brain injury and have foot pain, also a very high arch and soft skin and these are the first shoes that don't hurt my feet that I've had in decades. I love them so much I only wear them at home - both inside and on the soft earth. They stretch comfortably and work with my high arch even though they come up high on the foot. Grateful.

My Grounding shoes are the kind of shoes I've always wished for, but never found before. First and foremost, they are very comfortable, with plenty of wiggle-room for my toes. The leather and construction quality are first-rate. But my second favorite thing about these shoes is they have no removable insole to stick to my feet!

Here is an update to the below review. I ended up contacting Jessel thru email and sent pics of unopened merchandise. I understand that returns can be frustrating but after all Jessel kept in touch thru the process with daily updates via email and coordinated a fast return once I shipped the items back. So I give them a solid 4, as I do love the grounding shoes and grounding mats. I really appreciate the attention Jessel and coordination of the return. It was a full refund as expected. So thanks again, I appreciate it. Here is old review for context: I purchased grounding sheets and wanted to return them. They are all unopened in original packaging except one sheet I opened to look at. I never used one slept on it just folded it back up and put it back in the bag. The other 3 sets were never opened. I sent pics and customer service Jessel, said they looked opened and tried to give me 10% off and keep the sheets. I am sending them back and expect a Full Refund.

It’s actually a zero, I ordered a pair of shoes, same size of every shoe in my closet, they were too large from my foot. My foot would not stay in the shoe. The initial email was promising where they describe the make of the shoe with the wider toe box may have been the problem. I understood the explanation however I had to request an exchange through the next email he sent me a link to a portal that said it was too late for me to exchange or return my shoes the website clearly states that you have 45 days to return your product. So.after four days of no response to that email and calling every day between the hours of noon and four Eastern time. I finally got a return call from a lovely woman who seemed very frustrated because she told me she was the only customer service representative. Her counterpart had just quit.I with my whole heart, explained how I felt from this situation and that it created a distrust, she was very gracious with her words, said she understands as a customer so she created action by manually entering my exchange. Next. Email started.communicating with a man named Randy who sent me only a packing slip for the return of the merchandise. It clearly states on the website that return shipping is covered by Earthing Harmony , however, no shipping label was included in that email with the packing slip that was necessary for the exchange. Because I’m a person who works and has children and is very busy. I chose to pay the return shipping so that I could receive the proper size shoe. Once I got home, I emailed Randy again explaining that he did not provide me with a shipping label so that I needed to be reimbursed for the 3750 that I paid for shipping. He then offered me 10% off of my purchase, which I didn’t understand at that point How he would get me that money since I had already paid for the shoe. And the fact that it was still $22 short of what I paid when the website clearly states that return shipping is covered by their company then through more strategic lack and low of response to my emails I started to distrust the company even more and sending multiple emails without any responses. I finally then said Randy, let’s just go ahead and do a full refund and reimburse me for my shipping at this point I have not talked to or gotten any kind of real action emails it almost seems I AI generated that they’re giving me just different options every time but nothing is being resolved. This is really ridiculous when you’re trying to spend your heart on money on a product you think is valuable to your health, but yet the company creates so much stress by not being honest or communicative or even just fair and giving you a product ! And since I started reading the reviews, which will read every review from multiple platforms from now on!! They have done this to a lot of people it’s terrible , how can we be taken advantage of by a company. Guys beware !!!

1st time buyer, I wear them all the time. They are the comfiest form fitting shoes I’ve ever had. They go with just about everything. My feet are notorious for sweating. These shoes solved that problem. I love them and will be purchasing my husband a pair

Following up on my previous review, as the situation is still not resolved despite the company publicly stating otherwise.
After I posted my initial review, I was contacted and told the issue would be corrected. However:
• The email address they provided repeatedly bounced back when I tried to respond.
• I was later told this was due to attachments — which I included because their email chain does not properly retain prior correspondence when forwarded. The screenshots were necessary to document the full history.
More concerning is the lack of transparency in the actual refund:
• There is no clear record of the original price paid in their emails.
• The order summary appears to have been altered after the fact to reflect a partial refund rather than the original transaction.
• The amount refunded does not match what was charged to my card or the listed price of the returned item.
I have asked for a clear, itemized breakdown of the charges and refund, but have not received one.
At this point, the issue is not just the refund — it’s the absence of a consistent and verifiable paper trail, combined with public responses that don’t match my actual experience.
For a company that promotes grounding and reducing stress, the way this has been handled has done the exact opposite — creating confusion, frustration, and a complete lack of trust in their processes.

I ordered grounding mats and shoes from a company I found on Instagram, and the experience left a lot to be desired. The shoes were poorly made — no structure, no support, and a bad fit for narrow feet. It felt like all functionality had been sacrificed in favor of whatever “copper grounding” feature they claim, which I wasn’t convinced by.
I was also unsure whether the mats even work as advertised. When I requested a refund, I was directed to a return portal that didn’t initially recognize my order. It took multiple rounds of back-and-forth just to get access, and then I had to submit photos and follow very specific instructions.
Throughout the entire process — even after I clearly and repeatedly requested a refund — they kept pushing me to accept an exchange with a discount. I had to restate my request multiple times, as they seemed more focused on retaining the sale than honoring my decision.
In their final email before issuing the refund, they mentioned waiving a “restocking fee,” which caught me off guard since their return policy only stated that customers are responsible for return shipping (which I paid, and it wasn’t cheap). There had been no prior mention of any restocking fee. When I questioned this, I didn’t receive a clear explanation — just a refund that was $27 short.
One would certainly need grounding after dealing with this borderline scam company.

Earthing Harmony shoes
My new Earthing Harmony shoes are so comfortable. I've had foot problems, including Morton's Neuroma, Hammer Toes, and Flat feet known as fallen arches. These shoes accommodate the toe separators I wear on both feet, and my specialty fit orthotics. I was able to wear them all day on a Sunday for church and at home. However, I wore them to work one day, and my feet hurt at the end of the day. I was on cement floors a good part of the day. For wearing to go out or to church they are so comfortable.

Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered two sheet sets and extra pillowcases, along with the outlet verifying plug. We are noticing the benefits already.
My package arrived torn open and the complimentary grounding mat that was included with my large purchase was not there. I failed to take pictures before washing and setting up the sheet sets, but I let the company know right away. Kim has been helpful and just asked for the photos of the products I had. I’m pleased that she trusted me and will be sending me the grounding mat.

Excellent Shoes! Will purchase more!
I recently received my order of two pairs of Grounding Shoes—the Women’s Penny Loafers and the Women’s Chelsea Boot—and I am very impressed.
Both pairs are incredibly comfortable, and the wide toe box provides a perfect fit. These shoes are actually more comfortable than sneakers because they are so lightweight, and the copper rivet is not intrusive. While they are a bit pricey, the available discounts are helpful, and the high quality of the materials is evident. Furthermore, the design's simplicity is very classy.
I did notice that they fit a bit snug. Although I am a true size 10, I found that ordering a size 11 provided a better fit.
Overall, I love these shoes and will definitely be ordering more in the future. For my health and comfort, they are worth the price.

On 1/14/26 I ordered a pair of shoes totaling $205.02. I received the shoes on 1/29/26. One of the shoes was defective. The heel was constructed in a way that the shoe bowed out & my foot easily slipped out of the shoe. On 1/30/26 I sent an email requesting a refund as they advertise "a full money back guarantee if for any reason I was not satisfied". Long story short, I received a partial refund of $170.61 on 4/4/26. When requesting a full refund as advertised, they said the $34.41 was a restocking fee which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had a bad feeling when ordering the shoes. They didn't return voicemails (no-one answers the phone), they didn't return emails until I got my credit card company involved. They don't list an address on the website. I had to get them to provide an address so that I could return the shoes. I just want it documented to hopefully warn others when considering doing business with them. I know $34.41 is not a large amount but nonetheless it's false advertising. If it's not reported, they can continue their deceptive practices.

The strap on the sandal is too big
The second strap on the sandal is way too big, so my foot goes through too far. I tested the shoes once, and they got damaged easily. These are not high quality shoes, don’t spend $140 on them! The sole seems like it’s going to come off because of the construction. Their customer service is not that helpful. This was my first time trying barefoot shoes, and it was a horrible experience. I need to stop listening to Instagram ads & filtered reviews on company websites, and stop buying things like this online!

often searching for shoes that allow for my feet to receive opportunity to utilize all that they are meant to and these are great for that. I choose the black ones and they match everything.
I truly appreciate the professional and personable customer service. I spoke with Kim via email, and she answered all my questions and inquires with support, patience, and heart.
I will say that there was a break in period for my left foot…as my left is slightly bigger than the right. My right foot felt great from day 1. Kim was very caring and informative during this time. That said, the shoe size is true to size.
And…loved the cute earthing harmony keychain that came with the shoes!
