Misdirected shipments never received.
My order was in two parts. The extra blades, and the knives themselves. The blades were shipped to the wrong address in my area by the freight company. Got nowhere with them. The knives were shipped to New Mexico, not Pennsylvania. Neither shipment has made it to my address.

Excellent handling of an unexpected need to return the sour bread dough knives! Between ordering the knives and the receipt of the knives I was gifted with a sour bread knife so did not need the knives from Earthlyblissco……When I explained the situation I was assured that I would receive my refund as well as keeping the knives which I will gift to fellow sourdough bakers.

BEWARE!! If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would! ITEMS ARE NOT MADE IN OR SHIPPED FROM THE UNITED STATES! They come directly from China and are REPACKAGED for mailing from New Jersey. Shipping takes forever. ITEMS ARE CHEAP CHINESE GARBAGE. Plus, they never sent the cookbook they promised me. I've contacted them TWICE in writing for a full refund under their "no questions asked" refund policy but they have ignored my requests. I've contacted them by regular email and by their contact form on the web site. I've also tried calling MANY times but all I ever get is a BUSY SIGNAL. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY!
