Quick shipping, package arrived in good condition. I was able to use knife almost immediately on some sourdough bread. It cut like a dream without tearing the bread using a gentle sawing motion. Good value for the money.

The knifes were of poor quality. I did not think it cut through bread easily. Also not good for a left handed person.

Items ship from China, not New Jersey.
You should really disclose that your items come from and ship from China (as noted by the city name Nancheng in the tracking information. As of this post, my items are " in transit" I was under the impression your items were made in the USA as indicated on your website, New Jersey specifically. Almost three weeks and I haven't received my purchase. I will not purchase from your company again, nor will I recommend it.

I ordered buy one get one free and extra items. I only receive one knife and my other items. I reached out and they immediately responded and wanted to correct the error that was made with my order. I got my second knife pretty quick, faster than the original order. The customer service was superb, that in itself is very important to me. As for the knife we used it on fresh made bread and it was as advertised, it worked really well and did not tear my bread .

After nearing 2 months since I've placed my order and over 2 weeks since the last "tracking update" - I took to google to find reviews. I ordered this as a mother's day gift and am still waiting to receive it. Very disheartened to see many of the same issues being reported here. They did not disclose that shipping would be coming from China (assumed New Jersey), and the experience is so far outside of their stated shipping policy and satisfaction guarantee on their website. No remedy has been offered and honestly, very little empathy in the multiple interactions with support. Will not be ordering from this company for the foreseeable future and hope that I can report the company takes me up on a remedy to the situation.

These bread bow knives are amazing for sourdough!
I bought one of these bow bread knives after trying many different knives for my sourdough. I ordered on a two for one sale but only one arrived. When I contacted the company they immediately sent me the second knife. Next time I made sourdough bread I was eager to use it and was amazed at how beautifully and easily it cut a fresh warm loaf, and then continued to cut so easily as the loaf grew tougher. I love this knife!! Thank you!
