I recently had a sudden loss of hearing in one ear, so booked Earwaxspecialsts in Knowle. I was see by Miss Tafiya who quickly diagnosed the problem as a foreign object in the ear. This was quickly and efficiently removed and the ear checked for wax. All in all a very efficient service.

Really easy to book appointment online for the next day, lovely clean, modern office, friendly welcome and Tahiya did a great job. She was professional, friendly and very gentle. I've never had earwax removed before and it has made such a difference. I would recommend and I would go again.

Amazing! Was recommended to go here by family to have my ears cleaned out before my holiday as I always struggle with them in the water. Simple booking system, very friendly staff. The appointment itself was on time, professionally done and was over before I knew it. Highly recommend for anybody considering.

Fantastic customer service as always. Always a personal touch and never robotic. I really cant fault the company. They have given me great advice on how to to stop ear wax build up. 10/10 service!

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived at the Kings Heath surgery and were seen on time. Tafsiya, the young lady carrying out the treatment was professional yet gentle in explaining the treatment to my son. She made sure he was comfortable and worked with confidence.
It was lovely to see Mr. Karim (the professional we had been receiving treatment from in the past and still remembers us!!) who stayed back until we were done to ensure we were okay:)
Have been returning to this service routinely as needed and have never been disappointed.

After 2 miserable weeks of hearing loss and suffering I visited my clinic in Sutton coldfield, and the professional service and advice I received was amazing!
So much attention to detail, and my specialist made me feel welcome and valued. It was my second visit to the clinic having visited two years ago for wax removal. I will definitely visit again next time.

First time getting my ears cleaned which was needed, talk me through the process while keeping me relaxed and calm. Wouldn’t definitely recommend.

I have been with this clinic for ear wax removal since Covid and have always been treated very well. My present experience has been brilliant. As my hearing has started to deteriorate I spoke to Mr Kurin and we discussed hearing aids which I have tried before albiet NHS ones which I have never been able to get on with. I was able to have a free trial for a week or so to see how the private ones compared and was pleasantly surprised. Mr Kurin was incredibly patient, explaining everything he was going to do and how it works, making sure they were comfortable. There was no pressure on me to pursue these hearing aids but very glad I did. The whole experience has been extremely good and would recommend this hearing clinic to anyone suffering. The new premises in Haunch Lane is very professionally fronted by Jenny who is very helpful and pleasant. Thank you very much

First used this company two years ago and the second time was just as good.
I was lucky a booking was available so from the call to completion was two hours
The actual procedure was completed within 15 minutes .
Mohammed is excellent , he explains every step and the whole process is fast, comfortable and very satisfying as 100% hearing is immediately reinstated
There is even now an inclusive endoscope camera that allows you to see a video of the procedure after completion . It’s truly amazing to watch .
Also tremendous value. This technique has made the painful and dangerous ‘syringing’ process completely obsolete .

I am so proud of the service and would to share my very good experience to my friends and colleagues at work who need earwaxing.

The service was easy to book and the gentleman was friendly, efficient and did a wonderful, pailess wax etraxtion. He explained what the process was clearly Would highly recommend.
