Had ear wax in both ears. On my first visit they were unable to remove the wax from my second ear. With advice given to take some ear drops to soften the wax and return a few days later. On my return Aman’s was successful in removing the wax. Very courteous staff.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I was troubled with wax in my right ear & ringing in my left. I was put at ease & wax was gently removed. I was given "sound"😜 advice re tinnitus. I would highly recommend.

I recently visited the Streetly surgery seeing Mr Khizar as I was thinking of changing my NHS hearing aids.
Mr Khizar could not have been more helpful he went to great lengths in explaining the various options to me and made sure I understood exactly what was available. I finally purchased Phonak Audio Sphere hearing aids. During the fitting he was very meticulous in making sure the hearing aids were ‘tuned’ to my hearing and that I was happy and understood how they worked
All in all a very professional considerate experience and amazing hearing aids

Very good experience. I was seen on time at the Knowle clinic and the clinician, Tahiya, was polite, helpful, efficient and personable. I am already noticing a marked improvement in my hearing following the earwax removal. I shall definitely use this practitioner again.

Have used the company three times before and every time I have had a wonderful experience. The booking system is simple and I was able to get an appointment quickly at the Knowle treatment rooms. Miss Tahiya Tasfiya was brilliant, kept me informed what was happening. Clearly explained what was going happen. Very quick, does what it says on the tin. Offered a free hearing test as well. Overall very good.

Used this company at their Stourbridge clinic which they run on a Tuesday, after being let down by a nearby hearing centre. This company were excellent from start to finish. The receptionsit who booked me in was knowlegable and reassuring, and the specialist was first class, super efficent and an excellent communicator who explained in great detail exactly what was going on with my ears. Cant thank them enough. Worth every penny.

I have suffered for many years with blocked ears and ear infections and always dreaded having any treatment because it was so uncomfortable.
A few years ago I discovered The Earwaxspecialist and since being looked after by Mr Karim, I have had an excellent experience on every visit. Mr Karim is extremely knowledgable and has also given me lots of advice on ear care. This has resulted in less ear infections and an overall improvement in the health of my ears.
It’s such a valuable service which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Excellent efficient service. I was seen on time and had the wax removed from both ears within 20 minutes. I particularly like that I didn’t have to put oil in my ears for days beforehand. Thanks.

I have been using Adam for a few years now, first at Streetly Village clinic, and now at Sutton Hearing Care at the corner of Bakers lane. The service I have had had from him has been very excellent. Since been at bakers lane the experience has improved with the use of the TV so that you can see how the need for the ear wax to be removed. Thank you again Adam
