It did what I needed to do and converted files fast

Shelley helped me find my license code after my account became corrupted and I had to create a new one without an account-specific code. I thanked her for the great service!!

Easefab lets my rip my old DVDs and Blu Rays to files on my hard drive. Then I can import them to Itunes and watch them on my Apple TV. I don't have to fumble with discs anymore. It's great software.

Contacted EaseFab support. Shelley and her team of engineers were very responsive. They fixed the technical issue and updated the software to include the fix! Excellent service. I'm very impressed by the support team's professionalism. Thanks.

Very fast customer service, they responded within 12 hours. They were nice enough to upgrade me to the lossless version because I bought the wrong one. So far the program works as expected.

Overall, a great purchasing experience. The product does exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and due to an issue of my own making, a quick email to technical support resolved the issue. Highly recommended.

I tried the Free trial version of a few products, but Easefab was the most intuitive to use. I then managed to buy the wrong version of the product, but immediately contacted Easefab who within 24 hours responded without any hassles and gave me the appropriate code. Since then I’ve managed to make significant progress in backing up my media. Easefab full version I find easy to use.

Not only does the product work beyond my wildest expectations but after I decided to purchase the family license product when I had already purchased just a single license they graciously allowed me to do so and after less than a day after reaching out to them! Great Company, highly recommend.

EaseFab Lossless has worked great on my Blu-ray discs; however, there have had issues with 4K discs. Customer service has been great and extremely responsive to resolve my problems.

I downloaded Windows instead of OS so the code didn't work. EaseFab got straight back to me with the answer so I could fix it pronto

The converter tool is a great tool to convert all formats to suit your needs. And with the additional LosslessCopy you can back up your dvd/blue-ray library.

I was purchased the wrong software. I need the lossless version. I email my problem and got new codes emailed back to me the next day. This is great service.

Very good product and amazingly quick response from the support team to queries. A lot easier to rip multiple discs than other products I have tried.

I was using Easefab Lossless Copy to rip my blu-rays and DVDs to my computer. I ran into problems getting DVDs to rip properly, and contacted support. Their response was prompt, and when they couldn't solve the problem with Lossless Copy, they, unasked, gave me a free upgrade to Video Converter Ultimate, which I was unaware could also rip blu-rays. The upgraded program solved my problem, and I was able to rip the DVDs. I'm very happy with the outcome.
