Exceptional service
I have used easipetcare for my 5 cats for years. I have never once had a complaint or criticism of them and I have quite exacting standards! I think that easipetcare have wonderful staff from the vets to, particularly, the reception staff. They are extremely empathetic and understanding. We have been surprised by how nice they are as such exceptional service is extremely rare.

Our little Yorkshire Terrier
Our little Yorkshire Terrier, 16 1/2 years, had to be put to sleep recently and although my husband andI didn’t relish being present, we didn’t want to just leave her and not know if she was treated with dignity. However, the vet and veterinarian staff were very kind and sympathetic to us and our dog. Kizzy didn’t know what was happening and just fell asleep peacefully in my husbands arms. We wrapped her in a blanket and cuddled her for a while. We were the last appointment of the evening but we were held up half an hour as vet had an emergency case before us. Nevertheless my husband and I weren’t rushed out as it was surgery’s closing time and were told to stay as long as we needed to. We won’t be getting another dog but we would definitely recommend Easipetcare at Kettering.
