Do not waist your time with them. They will lie to you run your credit and drop and try to sale you a care for a high mark up on blue book value that won't last you a year. I have worked with them several times first got a car which never had heat and they refused to fix it till the motor blew on it, leaving us the only option to get another vehicle from them that didn't last 8 months before it died and they refused to work with us then so have spent the last year pay on a loan for a car we no longer have because they even refused to fix it. No do to things changing went to try and work with them again do to lack of options and after a 3 weeks of back and forth I did everything they said and trying to get a can am that was going to be my everyday driver and I did everything they wanted but last minute no we can't work with you .
So completely dishonest, with no ability what so ever to tell you the truth and refused to work try and fix a situation that they are solely responsible for. If you get a vehicle threw them I have you only need it for a short term

It was a totally different experience. They didn't keep you there all day, went over all the details one by one. Stopped and asked if I had any questions during the process. Very friendly environment. Definitely will be going back if I need another vehicle in the future.

We originally bought a Ford escape which had some engine issues, and we took it back on day 7 to exchange the vehicle. They made it right, but I just feel that they charge enough to buy a new car, but they sell used cars that almost always have some sort of issue
