Study Table

I ordered a study table online , paid more than €300 euro, drawer parts were missing and instruction was very bad, received the railing later after I made a complaint. But then there was no back cover sent in the first package. Its been two months and still not happy with the purchase! Do not recommend!

From my first inquiry to the delivery of my new table and chairs, the staff was incredibly helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and even offered design tips that transformed my dining area. When the delivery team arrived, they were punctual and professional, ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and it fits beautifully in my home. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The instructions they sent with the product were terrible. The doors were not fitting the wardrobe. When I contacted the customer service, they told me I was doing something wrong and refused to help.

Terrible customer service and communication

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered a tv unit from them, they confirmed they had it in stock and confirmed the delivery date, but it never arrived. They never contacted me to inform me about this. When I contacted them they said it was damaged so they had to re-order it from the manufacturer and it would take 4 more weeks + 8 days for delivery. It never arrived. They never contacted me to say there was an issue. I emailed them every second day for a couple of weeks without reply. Finally I received an email to say that the company stopped manufacturing the product but they never bothered to tell me. I did receive a refund. Absolutely miserable customer service and communication unless you hound them relentlessly.

late delivery and missing parts

ordered bunkbed. Missing part and delayed delivery. I have email there support 3 times over the space of a month and i have had no replay other than its loged and they will get back to me within 2 days. Stay clear from them.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Based in Austria promising 5 day delivery. Day 29 and still no sign of delivery. Seem to block Google reviews as well something fishy about then

Bedroom desk

Ordered a desk for my son, very happy with the quality, (I'd be fussy about these things). I've ordered another one for my daughter. Would highly recommend.

Do not buy from here

Furniture is sourced from Steiner Shopping GmbH. Ordered two chests of drawers and one arrived with missing pieces. It’s only half assembled and I was told it will take a further 6 weeks to send on the remaining parts or they suggested I try to find the parts locally. Ridiculous as these pieces are specifically manufactured by Steiner. After some back and forth I’ve been offered a small refund on the shipping costs. Extremely disappointed, would have been better off going to IKEA. Expensive, difficult to assemble, very confusing assembly instructions and literally only sent me half the product. Customer Service rep at Steiner was very nice and helpful but just a ridiculous set up if they’re sending out deliveries without checking their contents.

Cheap Sh@!

I ordered three mattresses with the bunk beds, they are the lowest bottom end quality you will find yet priced at €169 each!!! I am disgusted. The customer service is basically saying “tough luck “ you got what you ordered. I wanted my three little girls to have high quality comfort for the next few years instead I have been ripped off. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Children's high sleeper…

I bought the children's high sleeper with slide and tower. Prior to purchase I emailed with a question and got a same day answer.
I have recieved the bed, and have problems and now emails are being rejected..it says address does not exist....it is the exact same from 2 weeks ago!.
Bed quality was ok but slide did not align properly and tower is very unstable. I have now seem the other reviews here and seems this is a dodgy company.
Clearly the reports giving glowing accounts are fake.. very obvious they way they are written!

Don't know how trust pilot works, but I can assure easyfurniture.co.uk, does not sell beds, so I am unsure how these reviews relate to this company. Maybe someone from trust pilot can contact me to let me know !!!!! - There must be another Easyfurniture and somehow it is linking to this site.

Briliant

The most amazing customer service! Replacement parts required for a bed that is a couple of years old, after one email to the customer services department the parts were dispatched and received within less than a week. The original furniture is of the highest quality. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We ordered 4ft wide bunk beds

We ordered 4ft wide bunk beds. So hard to find. They arrived within 3 weeks which was ok but what I want to say is that they are an Amazing Product!!!! Top quality!!! Beautiful thick solid wood beautifully finished. They are so sturdy and heavy and of course a great size. Easy to build and beds for life. Thank you easyfurniture.co.uk 😍😍😍😍

Worst of the worst

Same problem like all other reviews, a pity I didn't read them before buying a bunk bed, parts missing, cero screws and no instructions. Fortunately my husband speaks german and he could help me calling them several times, the service is very bad. They send the instructions in one single paper and it was a sketch that looked like a schizophrenic's nightmare. Finally I have built the bed based on my instinct and with my own screws. That company is rubbish.

Appalling Company - Avoid!!

Appalling service. Avoid at all costs. They have no idea what they have or haven’t sent. They have been unable to send the right missing box from my order of bunk bed with slide. 3 weeks after I told them I was missing the key parts (slide and bed safety rails!!) I finally get another box....not containing any of those parts.
Very difficult to contact as in Germany. They use the slowest and worst courier in Europe, and they have no concept of proactive customer service. Once things get difficult they just ignore your emails.
I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering. Santa was bringing this bed and weeks after Christmas my 4 year old doesn’t understand why she still doesn’t have it, and I can’t explain that it is all down to the incompetence of this useless firm. Do not buy from them.

Dreadful experience.

Dreadful experience with this company..Ordered a high sleeper in Sept. It arrived on time but was extremely difficult to assemble and had parts missing. Ordered pink tower set but only one part of it arrived. Got in contact with company and they resent the same piece as opposed to the missing pieces. Despite over 10 emails still awaiting missing pieces and it's now end of December. Would never buy from this company again.

Order only arrived a few days ago the…

Order only arrived a few days ago the bed I ordered completely smashed apart the packaging was barely attached!
Being refused a refund even though I have followed the rules photos have been sent to them over serval phone calls as you can guess they don’t have any staff who speak clear English let alone type it on a email !!!!
Best the can do or shall I say will do is give me 40 pound discount but not a full refund !
Disgusting service !!!
Avoid !!!
Who wants a smashed up bed they even told me to still make the bed and use it until they can get one to me ?
I’m pregnant and no I want my money back !!!!
This is not an English company like they make out or based in England it’s Germany so probably explains the lack of everything !

Terrible experience buying a bunk bed

Terrible experience buying a bunk bed. Bed came in 11 different boxes about 6 days late... Then one part was badly damage... Customer service did not care any less about my issue (bed over £700!), unable to understand enough English to resolve issue. Had to mark diagrams, sent over 15 emails and 10 later still waiting for the part that was damage...

Money offered as compensation was an insult!! My girls had to sleep for 5 nights on the floor.

Simply avoid!
