Sometime things happen and somethings get misses, and on one occasion this week there was a glitch and a transfer was late causing an nsf payment, so rather then actually answering an email to 1) change a withdrawal date to prevent any further issues and 2) withdraw the funds that day I was completely ignored, and have to spend additional money to courier a cheque half way across the country.

This is not good business, they take three months premium, then when it have an issue they threaten to cancel after two months, the contact in have ignored me. They don't want to take the money to fix the problem, essentially treating extreme poorly.

I will be making sure that everyone I talk to for the liability insurance (that is a lot of people I am in contact with that use this company) to switch when they renew.

I would name names here, but no point when nothing will ever happen, he won't reply, the company does not care about the people that purchase liability insurance and they sure as hell can't be bothered to help.

Go Elsewhere, this is a terrible company to deal with when something happens and you need help.

As I said, I expect nothing to be done, no apologies, no employees being held accountable or this meaning anything.

The folks at EasyInsure have saved me hundreds of dollars per year. I get old school consultative service on the phone coupled with modern, easy to use online convenience for payment, receipting and certificates/proof of insurance, delivered instantaneously. Perhaps equally important to the dollars saved is the time and peace of mind gained in working with them.

I did not get any invoice for my payment so far. I tried by phone and emails. But got the worst response. Still waiting for that.

Like their name these folks are friendly, personable and It's easy to do business with them. The communications and responses are timely and makes the E& O requirements easy to understand and put in place.

Quick and easy online renewals, decent pricing. No claims experience, thankfully.

This is a great company that did what promised. The only thing is that it took 4 days to reply my second message.But finally prepared.
