Highly recommend easy number plates... 5 stars just isn't enough to express how happy I am right now with my new plates!!! I was super fussy as wanting to keep the styles of my old plate as they were my mates who nissan sadly no longer here and these guys smashed it.. one of the only number plate companies that listened and allowed for both a boarder and a slogan more than 20 characters.. they answered all my queries kept me updated and delivery was fast with DPD tracking available. If your thinking about a new set of plates this is without a doubt the best company and you can message direct through watts app with quick response times. You were issued a full refund, which is a fair and appropriate resolution. We do not withhold customer funds, and we have clear records of all communication and actions taken.
We also want to be clear, racially abusing our staff over WhatsApp messenger is not something we will tolerate within the organisation.

Not the best experience. Order placed was easy enough for an aluminium number plate however a plastic number plate was sent, I advised them straight away a was told a replacement would be sent when stocks of aluminium came in which would be a few days which was fine. After chasing and chasing was advised stocks had just come in and would be sent out next day. Next day came and went chased again and was told they would follow up and give me an update., several days later no update and chased again to which I asked for a full refund which was processed straight away

I ordered plates 3 weeks ago
I ordered plates 3 weeks ago, no communicate from them after a few emails sending documents. No return call after leaving message on answering machine. I got ahold of them on whatsapp, I was told last week they would be 2-3 day and still nothing, no tracking or anything. I got a refund with no apology about the plates. Absolute Joke!!

The delay was due to courier disruption and significant backlogs during the Christmas period, which unfortunately impacted deliveries and tracking updates beyond our control. This should have been explained more clearly at the time, and we apologise for the lack of proactive communication while this was ongoing.
Once it became clear that the courier delays were not resolving quickly enough, a full refund was issued immediately. We appreciate this situation was disappointing and not the service you expected.

Absolutely appalling service – avoid at all costs
I believed ordering number plates from a company called EasyNumberPlates would be, well, easy... I was so, so wrong.
I ordered two identical pressed aluminium number plates and quickly received confirmation and receipts via email. Four working days later, I received the plates, only to find they’d sent me two standard plastic plates, not the aluminium ones I paid for. Disappointing, but mistakes happen. I figured it would be easy to get it sorted.
I submitted two contact forms on their website, providing all the necessary details and evidence. No response. I waited four more days, assuming maybe they had a backlog. Still nothing.
So I changed my approach and sent an email. To their credit, I got a reply within 24 hours asking for a photo of the incorrect plates. I sent it straight away. Their response? They needed to “send it to the workshop for review.” Which is odd, because anyone with functioning eyesight could see they’d sent the wrong product, standard white/yellow plastic plates, not black pressed aluminium, as per my order.
28 hours later, still no update. I’m then told the warehouse manager will look at the photo “tomorrow morning.” It was starting to feel like a joke. How can a number plate company fail to identify its own mistake in a photo?
Eventually, I get a reply, no apology, stating the correct plates would be sent out within 4–5 working days.
A week later, still nothing. I email again. This time I’m told the plates are awaiting collection by the courier and I’d receive a notification once dispatched.
Another 12 days go by. No plates. No email. Nothing. I chase them again, asking for proof of dispatch or a courier receipt. That would be the bare minimum any halfway competent business would do at this point.
Instead, I receive a one-sentence reply:
“I have gone ahead and issued a full refund. These should have reached you within this time scale. Refunds take 3–5 working days.”
So, not only did they lie about the courier collecting the plates, they clearly never corrected the original mistake at all. I think they just hoped I’d forget and they can keep my money.
This company has wasted over four weeks of my time, repeatedly ignored me, and misled me at every stage. Absolutely appalling customer service. They can’t even manage the basic task of printing and sending the correct number plates.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest.

You placed an order for pressed aluminium plates, but due to a dispatch error, you received plastic plates. Once you contacted us, we promptly acknowledged the mistake and requested a photo to confirm, a standard step to ensure we identify and resolve any issues correctly.
We arranged for replacements to be made and dispatched, but due to an unforeseen stock delay, these unfortunately took longer than expected. Rather than keep you waiting any longer, we chose to issue you a full refund — even though you kept and did not return the original plates we sent.
At no point did we attempt to “keep your money” or mislead you — in fact, you received both the incorrect plates and a full refund, meaning you were not left out of pocket.
While we accept responsibility for the initial mistake and the delay, we reject the accusation that we are dishonest or unprofessional. We have thousands of satisfied customers and pride ourselves on resolving genuine issues fairly.
We wish you the best and are sorry this order did not meet your expectations.
