Order placed on 9th August 2024. Paid the 2-3 days shipping fee of £8.99. Today is the 17th August, and still my order hasn’t been received. And no reply to numerous messages.
I have tried to contact them through emails and WhatsApp messages. Surprise, surprise, they do not accept phone calls. Only contact through social media.
Still being ignored by them so I will be contacting my bank regarding this and hopefully they will recover my refund.
They do not even deserve the 1 star.
Absolutely shocking service, if not a SCAM.

Please DO NOT order from this company. Absolutely terrible company and atrocious customer service.
I contacted them before placing an order and communication was great so I went ahead and placed an order.
However after I’d placed my order things went down hill fast. Firstly I didn’t receive an email order confirmation, luckily I’d taken a screenshot of my order number beforehand or else I’d be left with zero proof of my order.
I sent them the requested documents via email as instructed twice but both times I received no response from them whatsoever.
A few days passed by and still I’d heard nothing, I tried calling them numerous times with no response, i emailed no response. Finally after messaging them on WhatsApp I got a response saying the number plates I had ordered were currently out of stock and that they’d contact me the following morning with an estimated delivery. The next morning came and surprise surprise, I never had an update.
Since then I’ve called, emailed and messaged them via WhatsApp numerous times and all of my messages have been read and completely ignored and now two weeks after placing my order I’m still left without my number plates and with no communication from them whatsoever.
I’m not one for leaving negative reviews of companies because all companies have bad days but with this company I felt leaving a negative review had to be done as they’ve consistently just ignored me and they are impossible to contact, they don’t even deserve one star in all honesty.

Scammers! AVOID
I bought number plates, which are deemed legal and MOT compliant on their website, to only find out that they are no longer legal! As a company who prints number plates, you’d expect them to know and not advertise them on their site. I have sent them multiple messages on WhatsApp to be point blank ignored and been left on read. Absolute clowns running a business and deserve to go under. Will report to trading standards and DVLA as no solution was offered whatsoever and take people’s money not owning up to mistakes, which could have been so easily fixed. Hopefully this will also save others from being scammed! They do not deserve business.
Edit: I have eventually received an answer on WhatsApp and was asked to email them directly. I did and been blanked again! Without a doubt, THE worst company I have ever had to deal with.
Do not ever give them business when there are plenty of other businesses offering a genuine service.

Ordered the number plates on line Friday morning for next day delivery. I did have to chase as we where going to collect, but they were delivered the Sunday morning. They were easy to speak to via chat and we got what we ordered.

3 weeks later, still nothing!
Ordered on the 3rd July with 48 hour tracked service, today is the 16th July and still have received nothing. Emailed on the 8th querying where they were to which they said shipping was anticipated within 48 hours. Messaged again on the 15th to which they said AGAIN shipping within 48 hours. They don't take phone calls. They barely respond. Luckily I paid over 3 installments with Klarna and I have notified them so further payments have been put on hold. Something tells me I'm not going to receive anything.

Never again
First time customer and I will not use them again. Issues I had:
- Eight days from order to delivery, far worse than competition, and no indication of dispatch date until the order was shipped
- I ordered two sets of aluminium plates but received acrylic, without a word of explanation
- Ultimately got a one-liner response saying aluminium had been out of stock so they sent me acrylic instead, and I should return them if I wanted a refund. (Response 15 days after placing the order and only after I chased)
- No mention of material shortage at any time, or confirmation it was OK to use a different material
- Oh, and they have a phone number but all you get is a voice message that they are not taking calls.
I will probably send these plates back (just to recover some of the funds). In my book, it really takes a lot to get the order so wrong. For acrylic ones, I could have gone to local Halfords without the palaver.

Over promised and under delivered.
Or in this case not delivered at all! 2 weeks after giving my information and still not sent!
Be honest and say it will take 2 weeks to manufacture + delivery and people won't get stressed out.
Failing to manage expectations to this extent makes me wonder if they are a legitimate company and personal details are safe.
Needless to say, I'll be telling people to avoid unless they can turn around people's orders or refund in good faith.

Have used Easyplates on 4 occasions now…
Have used Easyplates on 4 occasions now and very happy with plates supplied. I have used both gel 3d and 4d plates and have all lasted very well without problems. Professional and prompt service at competitive prices. I have also purchased self adhesive sticky tabs to bind plates as don’t like screws as spoke the plates in my opinion so recommend buying sticky tabs also.

Recieved excellent service and rapid delivery from this company. I ordered two sets of plates and received clear communication and advice over WhatsApp. After sending payment, I was given a follow-up call. Overall, the plates were delivered in under five days and look brilliant. I am very happy with how quick and professional these guys were.
