I recently parked at Q-Park in Kopenhagen where the parking fees are crazy high. Now it happened that we paid manually at the vendor machine, you know, like it usually works where I am from.

Then, when we left the carpark, I noticed that the EasyPark App (on my iPhone) just wants to deduct the same amount of money for the parking! Apparently, this carpark was connected to EasyPark and I shouldn’t have paid manually, if I only would have known.

So, I basically paid 2 * 35 EUR for 5-6 hours of parking.

I called EasyPark and was told to send an email with some proof – so I did. Never heard from them! I am super upset and won’t recommend this service.

Scam don’t ever use it
I started using the app because sometimes I don’t have coins, so I ordered the ticket in November, it took few weeks then I had to call them to get it, but they charged me double the price on the website.
Yesterday I parked my car and again I had to use the app but they have deducted double the price, it is clearly on the app that only 2 euros but instead they have deducted 4 .. as I had bad experience when I ordered the tickets for sure no one answer the phone and no email reply

I got this from their underpaid customer support after having waited for 16 days!

Disgusting service. You park and see what you need to pay and then EasyPark Deutschland adds their fees on top of fees, their exchange rates on top of everything if parked e.g. in Switzerland. So if parked for a short time they just steal 2€ from you just for being terrible german company and you pay 8€ instead of 8€ if you would pay with the same EasyPark app while it was just in Switzerland.

Got fined in Hannover, with parking paid on the app..

I used Easypark today and discovered that their rates are higher than if I used cash payment, when I ended the parking. This is not alright. The rates should be absolute transparent, otherwise you cheat your costumers. It's only a few euros but still.
I would strongly recommend everyone else to find someone more trustworthy or use cash payment.

It is very easy to handle. No more looking for money needed for the ticket machine. You can stop on time when you're back to driving.
