it's impossible to use this service. Tried 5 different cards and cannot use it as apparatly they are fraud. We use them daily and this is the first time i'm experiencing such issues.

This company debited me more than double their stated parking fee. When I raised a query on their website, I was assured of a response within 24 hours. That was a week ago. I subsequently sent them a PEC (registered email) which they acknowledged as having been received but that is the last I have heard from them. I then decided to cancel my registration with EasyPark only to be advised that this was not possible as my account was in arrears!
I have since instructed my bank to block any payment requests by this vendor.

Fraudulent charges. Please help!
I have been using the app for many years now. Yet in the last six months my account have been charged with fraud charges. I wrote an email to the company. I asked a single question: no one has my account's information. I am out of Italy with my car.
Please adjust and credit my account. I was refused. They told me what to do to protect my account. I followed, yet today I received another charge from the same rental car. I do not know how to talk to the customer service.

Whilst the app works well and allows you to add to the parking time our experience in Vigo di Fassa in July was shocking
Along with numerous others we paid for parking. The app and machines were working. When we returned to our car after a days waking in the mountains our car and at least 6 others had been towed away by the police. It appears that the car park was meant to be closed for a festival 0830-2300 but on parking at around 1030 the car park was full and there were no closed signs in the car park or on the machines which along with the app were working. Later we found a closure sign side on to the road on an approach road. We had to pay €180 to recover our car and a €30 fine. The police attended but she was rude and most unhelpful. A lady with children was crying as her car had been towed. A helpful lady from the tourist office took us to the garage. She felt the police had acted over zealously especially as the machines and app allowed us all to park lawfully. EasyPark eventually replied to emails but said it was nothing to do with them and to contact the Police who enforce the fines The police and council have not replied to numerous emails so any complaints are just ignored. The BBC uk television show Spotlight have intervened and EasyPark told them they are usually informed if closures and on this occasion can find no record of being contacted about the closure. This failure by the Police/Council to advise of the closure has caused me and others to be towed and fine despite lawfully purchasing a valid parking ticket. Easy Park seem to be washing their hands of g t his matter despite lawfully buying a ticket How can drivers ever have faith to buy a ticket and park if they can still be fined and towed. I have again asked EasyPark to look into this and the BBC are also asking similar questions. I am a retired UK police inspector quite used to managing parking and road closures. I can say without hesitation that poor signage and failure of the Poluce/Council has caused this situation but that Easy Park had a responsibility to sort this out as u along with others had a valid contract to park

Charged me, then came back as error and had to pay again. Tried to get a refund with revolut, they said write to the company,. I write and no one answers. Then got back to my car with a fine of 42euro
