support never answers email, unable to cancel subscription. had to cancel automatic paypal payments. even account deletion does not work. they sent an invoice for less than the actually paid amount.

If I could have given this app zero

Have downloaded the app in Italy (Siena) at a spot nominating this app and the parking place code. EasyPark didn’t recognise it, I’m now close to Terni, in a week of travel EasyPark has never found a single park space. I await a response from EasyPark. I see no reason to waste time with this app.

Worst parking app ever! I do not recommend it!

We got an 18 euros fee in Como, Italy, because the app couldn't register our debit cards. We tried to pay the parking thru the app from three different devices, four different debit cards, two Revolut cards and one credit card.

No chance! "Luckily", we earned a "prize"!

Better make a use of your app in Antarctica!

I use Easypark Italy, mostly in Slovenia. The design of the system itself is excellent, although in Slovenia I pay an additional fee for each parking. It is convenient to use, the amounts are not high and I arranged automatic payment of parking fees. A mistake! With this opinion, I want to warn users to be careful and to regularly monitor (automatic) payments, as they are not always a reflection of the actual usage. I have already noticed and reacted to the unjustifiably charged amount twice: the first time was on September 12, 2022 and the second time was on February 18, 2023. Both times the amount was slightly more than €6. I complained in September, 2022 and got the amount refunded. I am waiting for the response of the amount unjustifiably ripped off for parking on February 18, 2023. I wonder, how many times has an unjustified payment been already made and I didn't notice it. That's why I’d like to warn users: be careful and regularly monitor payments to Easypark Italy, because it would be hard to say that these are only "accidental" mistakes.

Whatever you do don’t use EasyPark online but download the app. Initially I tried to do it online, it was a nightmare and kept getting rejected. I then downloaded the app and all went smoothly. However, clearly when I tried the online version I got signed up to free 5 day trials, I spotted one - a gym to slim subscription but missed the other one until it was pending in my banking app, cost me £52 for this omission, quite an expensive parking fee!

I got this from their underpaid customer support after having waited for 16 days!

I came to Italy as a tourist. Tried to use this app to pay for my parking. I get "Errorcode -1" without further explanation. It didn't work out for me.

+ 15% is an excessive percent. 5% should be the maximum amount.

The idea is great and it works, but the app interface is not so clear.
The price to be paied for the stop is often not precise, the credit is not updated often and sometimes happen to recharge twice for mistake.

There are 2 problems:
A static fee for every park: 0,29€ or 0,39€ also for few minutes of parking
You can't move euro from easypark to your credit card/PayPal or Bank account

I previously used in Italy another application (PYNG) to pay for parking in Rome, Italy. It allows me to adjust the time that I am parked whle I am parked and I pay ONLY for the real time that I was parked. No additional fees nor taxes. I have had to use EasyPark in San Felice Circeo (Italy) because it is the only app that allows to pay with my mobile phone. If I start the app indicating a specified duration, it will allow me to terminate my parking earlier, but it does not adjust (reduce), once started, the cost of parking. Additionally EasyPark adds an additional 10% to the cost of the parking (PYNG does not) and then it adds VAT to the total (!!!) (PYNG does not) bringing the total cost of parking with EasyPark 30% more expensive than the cost of the parking when paid in cash. I would suggest: 1. that EasyPark finds a way to shift the cost of the service to the municipalities that adopt EasyPark and avoid the disappointment of those users (like myself) that feel that they are being overcharged (30% more), and 2. that if I decide to cut short my parking, also the related cost of parking is reduced. As for the VAT tax, I cannot understand why it is applied to the full fare that EasyPark charges. Finally I believe that EasyPark should make clear to its users that the parking fee that would apply when paying with EasyPark will be increased by 30% compared to what would be paid in cash.
