absolutely terrible company
absolutely terrible company. overcharged for parking in the area where there was free parking, they would not react to emails and customer service was useless. no refunds have been processed and they ignore complaints. ended up paying 80 EUR for the app not stopping the parking

Im sorry to read so many 1star reviews here.. works fine for me, no glitches at all. Did have to adjust when ParkMobile got absorbed, but hey..

Mostly happy with the app
Mostly happy with the app, but there are definitely improvement points.
Pros:
- Easy to use, digital payments, parking history, more gradient pricing. No need to look for an old school parking terminal from 90s. Weekend prices are managed automatically. Integration with ParkBee, option to book a spot in advance.
Cons:
- issue with re-opening the app so the actual status is not shown until it’s loaded. (Like you have forgotten to start your parking) which is scary :) but I’m get used to it. IMHO loading indicator as a default state will give a better user experience.
- if you forget to stop your parking there will be absolutely no reimbursement. It can be expensive. (Would be cool if the app can track phone gps data to see if you’re going 50 km/h when your session is active)

Just like to say people blaming yhe app for not finding thier location is ridiculous....update the app yer dingbats....I've been using this app for over 1 year...brilliant and dead easy to use.

Let's see, where to even start! First of all, the app does not load correctly when you open it. I have to open it, wait a while, then close it and restart. Without fail, every time. Secondly, they are constantly changing their system and online system so after 30 minutes of trying to download my monthly invoice for my bookkeeping, I've given up. Let's not get started on customer service. I waited for over 15min on a call only to get hung up on. Looking for a new app to use instead, any recommendations anybody?

I forgot to end my parking time
I forgot to end my parking time, but I did not get any (automatic) warning signal from the app, not even after two days! I discovered this myself now, and the parking bill (Amsterdam) is huge!
And contacting the customer service is useless, given the negative reviews below.. :(

Wrong fee and no way to ask for refund
Parked today using the easypark.nl app in Amsterdam and they charged me wrong. Hourly fee was 4.5 euro and they charge me 9 euro for 58 minutes. There is no way to contact them for refund

I had to use EasyPark in Newcastle NSW…
I had to use EasyPark in Newcastle NSW Australia. EasyPark is difficult to use, provides almost no useful information about the park (metered times, access times, security level, etc.), does not explain the tariff calculation, has low quality on-line and phone help. The phone help gave a different the parking zone code to that given at the location. They had no useful information about the whether the park was 2 hour or 4 hour nor when the metering ceased. Why any municipality would use EasyPark is beyond me.

Beware - Charged for App Malfunctioning
I used the app to park downtown, and made sure to stop the session using the notification bar. Everything looked good until I got a "reminder" the next day saying my session was still running!
I tried reporting this to their customer service (with proof of me leaving the location) who were unreachable via phone and only came back to my emails after one month(!).
Their response was that they would not reimburse me because they could not see me logging into the app. When I came back to explain that that would make sense since I used their notification showing the running session, which disappeared after I clicked on "stop session" I got another "we will respond to you in 3-4 weeks" message!
Unbelievably bad customer service, unresponsive, closing your case without resolution and only concerned with collecting money for overcharging you!

Can not stop an Parking action
I have been trying to stop a parking action for a month and a half now. I have called numerous times without any result. I am now trying via email and have exchanged emails multiple times already. I receive automated responses asking for information that I have already provided several times. Finally, I receive an email from a staff member. However, they also ask for the same information again. Upon replying to this email, I receive another automated response asking to send a new email with the information I have already sent numerous times. I am at my wit's end; meanwhile, my parking action of 2 hours has now exceeded 800 hours.
