This app was not even allowed to be approved for use. The app makes mistakes such as turning on the wrong parking zone, which means you are punished with a parking ticket by the municipality of Rotterdam. This app is lagging behind in development, it does not register your departure from the parking zone and the time continues to run.

This company will scam you. Do not download and do not give them rights to direct deposits. They registered me in a premium service that I didn’t agreed to, since I don’t even use the app. They started taking money from my account two months ago, now I got an email regarding new terms and conditions mentioning this service and saying will be effective from September, so how did I get enrolled before and got money withdraw before this policy?? I contacted client service to refund my money and to completely deactivate my account. I got the email confirming my account is deactivated but doesn’t mention any money refund and in top of that I got now a new invoice!!! After my account is supposedly deactivated!!
Edit: I did contacted once again and they told me to pay the last invoice to avoid higher fees, how can I pay for something I didn’t enrolled in. This is ridiculous

They over charged me and took it from my account yet didn't get anything for it. Had to pay again. When I got back to my car I also had a fine of 42 euro. These are a shambles. Tried many times to write to get a refund but no one replies

THIS IS THE WORST HELP SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED! I was promised a refund 4 months ago, due to app error. I ve send all the documents and even payed the full price, and promised that in return after i pay i can get my refund! Meanwhile i emailed and called more than 10 times, always getting a new person saying they can’t find my case. Imbetween i reached only one person who was willing to go further and said i will make sure this gets in the right departement. After that silence and waiting. I still didn’t get my refund. Today i received an email that they can’t find my case - again! So i decided to call - again! The lady on the phone could t speak english and she rudely dismissed me, said i have to call again to get english person while i ask if she could just connect me with one as i was already 30 min on the line waiting. So i called AGAIN, guess what i got the same non english speaking person. First thing she said when i introduced myself: WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?? I said excuse me you dismissed me as u couldn’t speak english , now suddenly u saying u speak a little .. i was confused so i went on with explaining my case for 100000x times. Trying to hold my anger she said she can’t find the case and said please check again and if not open a new case u do hold all calls and e-mails in the operation, right? she said wait a minute . AND THAN SHE PUT MY PHONE DOWN! Disconnected…. rude and super not professional. I want my case to be processed and i want my refund!

No wonder you have all these bad reviews.
I tried to use the app to pay for parking and the app kept on shutting down, so I paid the normal way using the machine in the street.
After that they charged me 12 EUROs for the parking.
I refunded the amount and called them to explain, they said they will call me back and never did.
a few weeks later they want me to pay 52 EUROs to a mediation company called coeo-incasso and when I explained to them what happened, and provided screenshots of the call, they responded without even checking the screenshots.
The screenshots show a 2 minute long call, and the respond from them was "We only see a number and the time you called. We are no time duration that the call lasted".
Son't use EasyPark, that's my advice, they are fraud.

Join court case against scammers EasyPark
If you have insurance with DAS, you can join my massal court-case. EasyPay has done wronged minimum 1700 people in the Netherlands. Also, they were hacked and all our data and password went to criminals. Since the hack, I have been attacked by scams on bi-weekly basis. Their app did the same to me 1 February. A parking that was supposed to be 4,8 eur ended up 81 eur. I called them immediately, when the app blocked, they assured me that they stopped it, but they haven’t. 6 months further the app is doing the same issues. It’s on purpose. They are scammers who 1. Get extra money from their faulty app 2. Expose all your data to criminals. Now criminals now where you live, where you go and what your IBAN is. The last 2 years they were acquired 4 times, which means that they do all of this on purpose. By scamming us they make between 200,000 eur -1,000,000 eur a year. Then they change owner and avoid liability and court-cases. This has to STOP.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Last week, the app kept crashing while checking out. I thought I managed in the end, but the app kept closing .. I called customer service, but had a waiting line of 40 minutes. In my bill, I now see the 1 hour parking session costed me €159, because the check out did not get processed… customer service says failed checkouts are impossible to correct. Deleted the app, of course WORST. SERVICE. EVER.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Their app didn't pick up the right parking number and I ended up being fined by the municipality because in their system, I didn't have any active parking ticket on. Called their costumer service, 35 mins wait, selected the english option, a person who doesn't speak english answered saying that there is nothing she can do, she didn't have a manager or supervisor or even a colleague apparently. Now I'm paying the fine, their monthly report and there is nothing I can do about it if not deleted the app and writing horrible reviews! That's no how you run a business!

App doesn't work + zero service
App doesn't work correctly. When you enable notifications, it doesn't notify. Customer service can't be reached over chat, phone or email. They simply don't respond. Been trying to reach out for 25 days, with not a single reply anywhere.
Only thing working is their automatic invoicing system.
Better to use one of the many competitors they have.
UPDATE: on trustpilot they reply instantly, what a surprise. I've obviously enabled all notifications both in the app and my phone, and I'm living in a big city in the Netherlands so there's always a connection. @Easypark: how about a little less replying on Trustpilot, and a little more replying on emails...?

I have used this app several times per year for a few years and I need to say that I haven't been disappointed once.
I never have any change on me so using an app is very convenient. I especially appreciate the flexibility of being able to extend or end the parking at any time, remotely.

No good, better to look for an alternative
No good, don't use this app.
1) It has regular technical issues. You either can't stop the parking session or it stops in the app but keeps running in the background, so you end up with an unexpectedly high bill and need to call customer service for restitution.
2) Customer service not to be reached. EasyPark claims to offer
- Chatbot (that does not understand a word you type), - - LiveChat (which is only accessible after you accepted all tracking cookies, but then it says it's currently not available).
- 24/7 service line, which is in reality never covered outside the regular working hours. And even then you have to wait at least 15 minutes to reach someone. They say to send information via email, after which you receive the response that email customer service will take at least 2-3 weeks to get back to you because it's so busy.
Find an alternative and don't even start with this app!

Our account is inactive
Our account is inactive because of some "technical problems." Customer support is almost unreachable. I was promised somebody would contact me to fix the problem, but I am already waiting five days.
Update: in the replay they suggested to contact them. I am trying to do this more than two weeks.
Update2: the problem was finally solved. It took them almost a month...

Horrible customer service!
Horrible company with no regard for customer service. A rental I was no longer using but was still registered on my easypark account charged my bank even though I was not logged in or even had the app installed on my phone. This was because of the 'licence plate recognition' option being ON by default. This option should be OFF by default! Was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get in touch with them. In addition it was the only car I had registered and it did not allow me to delete it from my account! I had to block payments through my credit card so I would not be chared. Now because of an 'outstanding balance' I can't even delete my account. Will never use this service again.

Chatbot: not working (maintenance?!?).
Telephone: you wait for about 10 minutes listning to dreadfull music and the they hang up.
Tried it 3 times.
Better Rename the service to Ignore the Customer Department.
This company is clearly Money first, Customer Last.

Massive data leak and sending bailiff
A parking action wouldn't stop. And when there was a massive data leak I immediately deleted the app and turned to a more reliable organisation. And now they sent baliff notes to recover two sums of around (wait for it!) 5 euros. Not only is this disgraceful, it's also highly cost-inefficient. Side note: why do payments go to the bank account of a "Stichting"?
