This is a scam website.
I ordered 2 easy dry towels on 13 April 2025. Today is 2 May and still no delivery or feedback, in spite of me emailing three times. There is no number to call. And no way to write reviews on their site- which makes me think they have written their own 'fake news' reviews. Which is a shame because the products are really good. I will definitely look at Trust Pilot before buying anything from an online shop again.

I ordered a mat over a week ago
I ordered a mat over a week ago, the shop app to track doesn’t show that it’s on its way. I have emailed three times, messaged on instagram and on Facebook and nothing!
After reading the reviews it’s clear this is a scam!
I want my money back !
Really not happy, just moved in to my new home and moneys tight and wanted a mat like this for a while. Not great that now I have been messed around and let down and I have notified PayPal too that they haven’t bothered to get back to me
Update: I notified them that I have reported them on PayPal and instagram and Facebook and they gave me a full refund - clearly don’t like to have others know what a poor service they provide
Also saying they will take legal action against me for making a review. Which I am well

Product Hasn't Arrived
Order a mat on the 6th December 2024, The only thing we got was a confirmation email. We have had no updates, i have emailed multiple times and messaged on facebook and instagram. Getting no response what so ever...
i don't care if its going to take longer to arrive. If they had good customer service and responded and kept people updated!
Definitely wont be ordering from them again.

Ordered 6th Dec. Chased more than once. Nothing received yet & no email response.
Several emails & messenger messages later I had an apologetic response from them.
In the end they provided a partial refund & a compensatory blanket.
Products are good quality & once I was able to make contact responses were quick.
Feel better & quicker up front communication could have saved stress & cost.
Changed to 3 stars , if I was rating product alone I would have given 5.

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering - nothing has turned up and no replies to my emails. It must be a scam website? Deeply annoyed I thought I would buy direct rather than going to Amazon, so frustrating. Need to phone the bank to cancel the payment if possible.
Taken money, no mat received!
Ordered a mat 2 weeks ago, according to the delivery timescale I should have received it by now, no sign of it, no replies to any e mails, no phone number to contact, I'll be contacting my bank and will also be calling them out on social media, also reading the reviews, (which I should have done before I paid for one, can't say purchased as I've obviously not got it) I am one of many that are in this situation.

After leaving this review I received an email.from Adam Schwarz who said they didn't have the rug I ordered, I could have another rug with a £10 refund due to the inconvenience, I emailed back accepting the offer, he has since gone under the radar again, no rug no refund no communication. Please do not order from this company!!
Final Update.
After leaving the above update Adam did eventually get back to me apologising for not replying to me accepting his offer of a £10 refund, he said he would reimburse my
payment totally and send me the rug
for free, I must admit I had
reservations due to the poor customer service however , I am pleased to say,
both the rug and the refund have both
materialised. Its a shame their
customer service is so bad, as the
rugs are really good. Had they replied to my earlier emails the situation
would have been different, but I'd like to say thanks to Adam for eventually
sticking to his word.
No dog mats !!
Ordered two dog mats approx 6 weeks ago.
Have heard nothing, no reply to emails or Facebook , despite chasing up.
Is this company still trading ?
If they are please don’t bother shopping with them, awful customer service .

Wow, 2 days after writing this review the matts turned up without the promised free towel. Refund also promised but we’ll wait to see what happens. At least I now have the matts that I wanted in the first place. Thank you Easy Paws.
Update 2:
2 days after writing update 1 a parcel arrived in the post with goodies. This has well and truly been resolved and, yes, I certainly would consider using Easy Paws again. Thank you very much!

I have received an email apologising for the incorrect order and explaining that all of my emails had gone into the Junk box. I have since received the second blanket that I ordered and a refund for the blanket by way of an apology. I am pleased the situation is resolved.
I can highly recommend the products. They all easily go into the washing machine and can be tumble dried.

In February I ordered two XL rugs and two snuggle blankets. This was a large order well in excess of £200.
I received the two rugs and one blanket and a hand glove towel item (the glove was not ordered by me).
I have sent numerous emails requesting my missing items and I have not had any response back.
Do not trust this company.

Will be contacting the bank to report theft.

Update: Received a sincere and considered reply from Adam Schwarz both apologising and explaining the issues they had experienced at their end and how they have now rectified them. He went above and beyond to make right my experience with them. We can only go on personal experiences, but after a shaky start I genuinely wish this small company well and would happily purchase from them again.
Firstly I should thank them for the courtesy travel water bowl, but sadly that it is where it ends. From a delivery that far exceeded it's promise, the wrong colour, different size, not waterproof (I can't even find the product they've sent me on their current website) and a black hole of non-existent customer service (2 emails and one customer form, all un-acknowledged in the last week). Companies that refuse to provide a customer facing human should at least answer their email. Can't comment on the quality of the mat they have sent as haven't taken it out of packaging in the vague hope that they will get in touch; plus I refuse to pay postage to return an item I didn't order.
It may only be a dog crate mat and they may be having a bad week, but so far, not impressed. I could be unlucky but feel disappointed after reading so many positive reviews on their own website.

These are great quality mats and. although not cheap, are worth the money. I now have 4.
There was a delivery issue with the last 2 I ordered but it was swiftly resolved and really well handled.
THEY OWE ME £24.98. NOT RESPONDING.
I ordered TWO noodle mats for muddy paws on 6th Jan. I received their delivery only to find a small packet containing a DKNY gold sequinned clothing item. Contacted Easy Paws and they said it must have been an issue at the fulfilment centre and they would resend. Eventually got one mat but no sign of the second one I had ordered. I have contacted them several times since then and not received a single response nor a refund. They still owe me £24.89 and clearly have no intention on f making good the order or the refund. Basically thieves!

Order two items. One item only arrived. I questioned the other item and they replied within day to say they will arrange this. Since then it has been a month and no item or reply to my chasing emails.

I have mixed reviews on this company. The product itself (noodle mat) is very good. It looks good albeit in my view it is a bit over priced. However, the customer service is non existent. I wrote both an email and used their on line form to query what was going on with the delivery as I was getting confusing emails from Parcel2go. Not 1 reply which is not acceptable ! No facility to call them up either. They need to get their act together. Almost gave them a "3" star but thought this would be a little unfair.
Update: I received an apology from the company today. Apparently issues with sickness and the couriers. Happy with the response and courtesy of a reply.
