I had a lovely man come and do a service on my scooter..I needed new batteries which he fit right away.. very pleased with the helpfulness and kindness he showed me..Everything was sorted quickly and professionally..He gave me a few ideas to keep my scooter in tiptop condition..All in all very pleased and will use this company for all future needs..

I had a flat tyre
I had a flat tyre, called them on the Thursday and told an engineer would be with me the following Monday. So left house bound as the scooter is my only means of getting out. Engineer arrived Monday afternoon. Did what he came to do. Was polite and friendly.

As I rely on the mobility scooter, I have hardly needed to call out an engineer. When things do go wrong, the call to arrange an appointment to the engineer, very reliable and confident I can continue to enjoy my travel without worrying.

Very prompt and done with respect. Really easy to deal with and the lady I talked to was very nice she had everything sorted in no time at all from taking my scooter for repairs to the loaner they brought me. Highly recommend lovely people to deal with.
