Order items not shipped.
I ordered some components from this website on 19/7/2025. I connected with them on 21st (Monday) as they had not shipped the items. On phone, they assured me it will be shipped on same day by bluedart courier.
Till today 22nd nothing has been shipped and their customer support incoming calls have been barred. What company does that. They do not even reply over whatsapp. So why publish your numbers on the website in the first place.
Update: Finally after repeated calls, they send me the photo of the parcel today 23/7/2025, which was couriered on 22nd itself, so customer support is not proactive.
