I just paid for a cancelled order!?
I ordered a couple of things last week, and Monday got a message saying that the part I actually wanted (a wiring harness) was NLA, and was asked if I wanted to continue with my order. I said no, cancel it. I got a confirmation of the cancellation, and thought that our deal ended there. …but today, Wednesday, they have collected payment for the order…after a mutual agreement that it was cancelled!?!
Is that even legal?? Can’t see how it can be. I’ve seen others struggle to get their money back from this company, so now I’m nervous…really nervous. Safe to say that I won’t return to easyparts. I’m just hoping that I don’t have to fight them to get my money. ..and that I get them.. This review will be updated as things happen.
