I just paid for a cancelled order!?

I ordered a couple of things last week, and Monday got a message saying that the part I actually wanted (a wiring harness) was NLA, and was asked if I wanted to continue with my order. I said no, cancel it. I got a confirmation of the cancellation, and thought that our deal ended there. …but today, Wednesday, they have collected payment for the order…after a mutual agreement that it was cancelled!?!

Is that even legal?? Can’t see how it can be. I’ve seen others struggle to get their money back from this company, so now I’m nervous…really nervous. Safe to say that I won’t return to easyparts. I’m just hoping that I don’t have to fight them to get my money. ..and that I get them.. This review will be updated as things happen.

The customer had already paid for the order. Therefore, the order status was changed to "Paid." After the order was canceled, a credit note was issued and the amount was refunded.

Think twice before buying from them!

Good day!

I recently purchased a Piaggio helmet size M from this company according to the offically posted size table from Piaggio on their website. I have always worn a size M Helmet in the past and upon taking my measurements and reviewing their size table, the recommended size was M. So far so good.

I received the helmet later than expected as UPS alleged that it was unable to deliver the helmet to the said address, because I had moved residance. Which of course surprised me, having lived here for the past 5 years and the postal service never had this problem. So I had to fetch he myself from the collection point. I did inform them about this event with photos which showed my name by the dorr bell. No reply from this company. A simply "we will look into it" or sorry for the inconvenience would have sufficed.

So I tried on the helmet and surprise surprise, the helmet was to small. And not just a little bit, I would need a size L. According to this company their is no EU Standard for helmets sizes and the manufacture size might be a bit small or bigger, but 3cm bigger is not a little bit. At least if one has a bit of common sense.

So many emails back and forth they would not accept accountability and I would have to download the return voucher and EUR 12 would be deducted from the purchase price. I really tried to reason with them in the emails. Eventually they sent me a voucher to return the helemt. And guess what, they deducted EUR 12 for postage which was not agreed upon.

So as promised I'm to my lawyer who loves these cases. I doubt whether this is an isolated cased and this company plays theses tricks hoping to get out of any responsibility. But this time I've photographed their webpages and saved all the emails.

I will never purchase anything from this company again, even if they are the cheapest. They will gladly take your money, but if there is a problem, they will hang you out to dry.

You have been warned. Think twice before making a purchase with them!

Purchased but haven't received anything

Purchased without registering, payed but never got any confirmation email and have not received the items. SCAM Company!
They just replied here (see below) that the item was out of stock - NO, IT IS a LIE !!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM !!!! They did not refund my money (if there is no item they should, but they keep the money).

EasyParts customer service informed the customer by email that one part was out of stock and that the supplier could not provide a delivery date. The customer was asked to cancel the order. To date, the customer has not responded.

No problems!

I was a little scared after reading the reviews but had a very pleasant buying experience. The ordering was simple, customer service responds within an hour and the order was delivered within a week to Croatia. Will be buying again for sure!

Ordered,payed, never received anything

Ordered a tire a month ago, never got any confirmation but the payment was processed. Tried their online form no reply. Tried emailing directly, no reply.

Edit:
-So using the web form with a different emailaddress because the other one might have a stricter spam filter, gets no reply.
- Sending a email directly with another mailbox so that spamfilter might see it's a reply, but no reply.
- Giving a negative review, reply with two bussiness days.

Given this seems to be the only way to communicate. Yes, cancel the order and i suggest changing you policy to refund on no reply in two weeks. Because emails tend to get blocked and people will be a lot more understanding about a sudden refund than an indefinite claim on the money.

In dezelfde mail is de klant gevraagd of er een voorgesteld alternatief kan worden geleverd of de bestelling te annuleren. Tot op heden heeft de klant niet gereageerd op de mail.

Their parts are fine

Their parts are fine, but the shipping company they use are really really really bad(UPS) I have not received my parts, not only that. They were delivered to the wrong address, still no parts,

In only a very small percentage of our shipments is an error made by our carrier. The delivery is then delayed. We then do our utmost together with our carrier to deliver the shipment to the correct address as soon as possible.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a Vespa Helmet on the company site with my credit card. They charged the helmet cost and informed me that the item wasn't in their stock and would be in their stock on July 3. Afterward, they canceled it without any explanation. Their customer service is vulgar and arrogant. They have cheap prices so they employ the worst staff.

Ordered a top box and fitting kit for…

Ordered a top box and fitting kit for my scooter and it wasn't cheap.....beware of import taxes......item wasn't packed securely and arrived damaged tried to email them but they didn't respond..... trying to recover some of my costs... check the reviews before you purchase from this company

Don't judge the book by...

I looked at truspilot only AFTER I made the purchase, which freaked me out. A part for a scooter at 40% discount and with the reviews below, I admit, I though this was the last time I saw my money. To add to this, no email confirmation, and pure silence just added to my anxiety.
Well, surprise time. True – no email, but …. The profile I set up worked perfect and whole history is there. Under 2 days, the part arrived via UPS, all original, well packed, even with coupons. Considering the price and the service, I’d say on par with BOL/Amazon. I’m fully happy, even more happy to recommend and will shop again.

I have bought a front mudguard (…

I have bought a front mudguard ( official Vespa product in the web ). It didn’t fit my Vespa PX 2011 ( official spare part for my model ). I returned it from Spain and the refund me only the mudguard price but I had to
pay 18e of shipping cost. it wasn’t my problem but the didn’t refund the shipping cost. Beware with this site shop because if there is a problem you will have to pay a high shipping cost. Bad service and today I didn’t receive an answer about that mudguard. Is it a real Vespa product or a fake?. It didn’t fit in the width in 2cm ( unless I cut my PX mudguard ) Very rare and it’s a shame I have paid that problem with my money. It’s a shame. I will not buy again in this shop. Beware about this because if you buy a bulky item and there is a problem you will have to pay for it.

NOTE: the reply of this shop saying they sent an email to me and asking for the number in the chasis is FAKE. I sent them pictures of my Vespa PX 125 2011 and the front mudguard with a measure tape. A lot of pictures of all and inside the box. There is an error in that spare ( Supposed oficial Vespa spare part ) and it’s not my problem it’s yours. You don’t want a shipping refund because this is a bad shop. And please, for future customer note this kind of FAKE answer.Look at the final of the answer, return by my initiative ( if not I will lost all the money if I don’t send it in 15 days . If you have seen my pictures and the measures why you haven’t refund the shipping cost. Try to assembly this mudguard in a Vespa PX and you will notice the error. You are a no professional shop, bad customer service with very bad persons. It’s incredible.

Let it be clear that the answer below given by EasyParts customer service is not a fake answer!

This customer asked on September 14, 2022, 23:16 if he could return the front mudguard.

On September 15, 2022, EasyParts customer service asked for the frame number of the scooter in order to assess the cause of the customer-specified problem.
The customer did not respond to this and returned the front fender on his own initiative.

EasyParts only charges return costs if you ordered something wrong yourself. In the event of a product error or an error by EasyParts, the return costs will always be reimbursed.

Great service.

Never had any problems with their deliveries. Great quality as well, only a bit expensive. I had an order of some parts which they didn't have at that particular time, so they sent me a mail with an estimate delivery time! I didn't even have to contact them asking them when my parcel was supposed to be ready.

Fast and great customer service

Bought a couple of items for my Vespa. Quick 2 day delivery to Denmark. One of the items was broke (poor quality and nothing to do with easyparts or Vespa). Customer service responded quickly and replaced the item with free shipping to Denmark.

Excellent service, quick response

I used easyparts for the first time to order parts for my new vespa. There were some troubles with drawings on the site not being quite in order and I forgot some parts in my original order. Got immediate personal contact via email and all the problems were solved immediately. Quick delivery and excellent service.I will use this webshop again.
