We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Our container sites use a Bluetooth access system, which allows them to operate securely without staff permanently on site and gives customers convenient access to their units.

Communication very good. Site is excellent, very secure with camera and speakers everywhere. very easy to get in to with an app on your phone and unlock your container.
