Excellent service, on time, lovely comfortable cars, reasonably priced.

The driver was very polite, thoughtful, and right on time. Excellent instant communication and a very nice car. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend!

When we arrived, we was met by Aisha, the transport was impressive, having a TV to relax to on the journey, she provided us with complimentary water and explained how to work the TV to the best she could.
However I was disappointed with the return transfer, the standard of the vehicle was substandard in comparison, dirty marks on the door panels, we wasn't offered any water and the driver hardly spoke to us. So maybe learn from Aisha's professional service and her polite manner

Always wary of foreign taxi companies as we have had bad experiences in the past but no such problems with Fazil and easy taxis. We had a long transfer from TURGETREIS to Selcuk to visit Ephesus. And later from Selcuk to Bodrum airport. The first journey included a comfort break. Cars were clean and the drivers courteous. The best recommendation is that we would definitely use the company again when back in that area.

Given there are no Ubers or Bolts in Bodrum, I was sceptical about sourcing a taxi company. However, Fazil and his team were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. Great communication, and I received a discount on my first trip. Would highly recommend.

What an excellent experience!
Booking was really easy and we had confirmation almost instantly.
On arrival at Bodrum airport our driver was waiting with our name clearly visible.
The driver was kind and helpful.
The journeys to and from the hotel were equally as easy and pleasant.
We received a text as we landed informing us of our drivers name and vehicle veg.
We got a similar text message the day before we checked out of the hotel.
Our first time to Turkey was made better by using this trouble free service.
Absolutely recommend.

We called Fazil from Belgium because the company that was supposed to be reliable and that was supposed to handle my daughter's transfer from the airport to her hotel, traveling abroad alone for the first time, stopped responding as soon as she received the online payment.

Fazil told me not to worry and that he would take care of her transfer personally.

We contacted him at midnight to ask him to pick her up at 2:00 a.m., and he kept his word.

My daughter was scared, but Fazil was at the airport on time with a sign with her name on it.

The price was more than reasonable, and she called him back for the return trip.

She confirmed that Fazil was a great and very respectful person, whom she could count on!

Just home from Gumbet and used easy taxi again for pickup from airport and return. Again excellent service. It's very stressful travelling but it's great to know you don't have to worry when you arrive at destination. Fazil always makes sure you are not left waiting for pick up. They have never let us down. I am highly recommending Fazil for great service and not rip off prices

Voow what can I say , Fazil is excellent with amazing attitude. I have to state that I am a seasoned traveller but I have never seen service with smile like this one. They are extremely professional.

Yusef was my driver in St Andrews and he was amazing, he went out of his way to make sure I got to my train on time by calling me up and letting me know of the traffic conditions and therefore changing the pick up time. So helpful and very caring

We booked a transfer from the airport to Didim return. Highly recommend on time and excellent communication all the way through. Clean and cosy van.

We had a return journey with Easy Taxis from Bodrum airport to Didum. Fazil was both pleasant and very punctual for both journeys. It was the best experience we have ever had with a taxi service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and without doubt would use them again.

Went again with this company after a great positive experience in 2023.

I contacted Fazil a few months before our 2024 trip. Having agreed a price and method of payment to be done in cash when in bodrum (£60), I paid £30 to the driver who took us from airport to hotel. He had limited English and agreed that this payment was fine, and that the other £30 would be paid on the return trip.

I subsequently received a WhatsApp from Fazil stating that my return booking had been cancelled due to “you did not comply with the agreement”.

I asked several times for an explanation and wasn’t given one. No idea what the problem was. I paid £30 and was planning to pay another £30 on return. All documented on WhatsApp. No idea if he wanted all £60 upfront but why did his driver say ok,or why wasn’t this clearly communicated ?!

Cancelled on me for no reason ; no clear justification or explanation.

Poor pathetic communication - luckily found another reliable company.

Would be better if Fazil himself would have done the taxi pickup as this may have been avoided- still don’t know what the problem was.

We took return travel with easy taxis from bodrum airport to turgetreis. Communication was excellent. Comfortable air conditioned taxi with excellent drivers. Pleasant and punctual on both legs of our journey. I would without doubt use them again from bodrum airport.

Excellent service. Very clean, roomy and comfortable vehicle. Air conditioning which was definitely appreciated. Punctual and careful driver. We travelled on 2nd and 12th September and both transfers were perfect. I would highly recommend.

Easy Taxis are very professional. I called to request an amendment as we had to get to the airport earlier than thought. From the person that took my call to the driver that came to pick us, everyone was kind and professional. The car itself had a full AC on till we got to the airport. Journey was from the resort to Bodrum airport. Well done guys and thank you.
