Excellent service with amazing attitude
Voow what can I say , Fazil is excellent with amazing attitude. I have to state that I am a seasoned traveller but I have never seen service with smile like this one. They are extremely professional.
This is my second time in 2 years and I must say it is the best taxi service I have experienced in the whole world. Thank you very much , keep working the way you are an asset to this service.

Bodrum to Didum
We had a return journey with Easy Taxis from Bodrum airport to Didum. Fazil was both pleasant and very punctual for both journeys. It was the best experience we have ever had with a taxi service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and without doubt would use them again.

Went again with this company after a great positive experience in 2023.
I contacted Fazil a few months before our 2024 trip. Having agreed a price and method of payment to be done in cash when in bodrum (£60), I paid £30 to the driver who took us from airport to hotel. He had limited English and agreed that this payment was fine, and that the other £30 would be paid on the return trip.
I subsequently received a WhatsApp from Fazil stating that my return booking had been cancelled due to “you did not comply with the agreement”.
I asked several times for an explanation and wasn’t given one. No idea what the problem was. I paid £30 and was planning to pay another £30 on return. All documented on WhatsApp. No idea if he wanted all £60 upfront but why did his driver say ok,or why wasn’t this clearly communicated ?!
Cancelled on me for no reason ; no clear justification or explanation.
Poor pathetic communication - luckily found another reliable company.
Would be better if Fazil himself would have done the taxi pickup as this may have been avoided- still don’t know what the problem was.
Unprofessional service , avoid .

They have stated that a bellboy at the hotel helped with translation - this is complete lies.

Regarding your requests, on March 25, 2024, you were offered 65 pounds for the transfers you requested, and it was stated in the offer that you would have to pay the full amount on the first trip.
On May 7, 2024, you requested a further discount on this offer, and your request was accepted.
The offers state that you must pay the total payment on the first trip, and you have accepted this.
The driver may not speak enough English, so he showed you the English explanation sent by the company and Titanic Hotel bellboy Mehmet helped the driver with the translation. But you did not agree to pay the full fee.
The one way transfer fee is not 30 Pounds.
For you, the total round trip fee is 60 pounds, which is a discounted fee, and you have been informed and accepted that you must pay this fee in full on the first trip.
Your return reservation has been canceled because you did not comply with the agreement.

Excellent service. Very clean, roomy and comfortable vehicle. Air conditioning which was definitely appreciated. Punctual and careful driver. We travelled on 2nd and 12th September and both transfers were perfect. I would highly recommend.

Easy Taxis are very professional. I called to request an amendment as we had to get to the airport earlier than thought. From the person that took my call to the driver that came to pick us, everyone was kind and professional. The car itself had a full AC on till we got to the airport. Best Customer Service I Have Ever Encountered
Communication was perfect from the start. I had requested to pay via payment link, but payment wasn't working. The company owner then told me not to worry about it. I remained in Bodrum for 3-4 days without a single message asking for payment from the company. They just said "don't worry about it, we will handle it".
They treat you as an actual guest in their home. It was a no-brainer for me to book my return with them as well.

Great company
We booked our transfers in Bodrum through Hoppa and Easy taxis were the company we used.
Extremely impressed with them.
They were waiting for us with a board at Bodrum airport.
Big luxurious taxi just for the 2 of us - water provided.
