I’ve been following EBS platform for few years now. I started as I wanted to lose weight and I did it as long as I was following the advices on the platform but the moment I started eating gluten and dairy I started to experience bloating and stomach issues. AWFUL! I deselected the auto renewal on my account and yet I’m billed again! I spoke to the company a year ago when I wasn’t aware that that auto renewal is set as a default (without your permission!) I was assured this wouldn’t happen again if I deselected it, which I did, and they’ve just billed me!

I signed up to EBS to detox after summer and to prepare my body for pregnancy. I had trouble conceiving last time and working with a functional health specialist had helped me get pregnant. This time I want to do it without needing to spend so much.
A few weeks into the program I’m feeling so good in my skin and body, feeling empowered AND getting compliments on how good and fit I look, even though I’m exercising less intensely than I used to.
What I love most about the app are the delicious easy to make menus. As someone who doesn’t like to spend a long time cooking or looking at recipes, but likes to eat exciting delicious and healthy food this app really added color to my healthy meals. The veal soup and the zucchini bread is now a staple in our menu. They are super easy to follow even for non-cookers.
I discovered ingredients I never knew about like konjac noodles and dandelion tea.
I like that in 25 minutes you can do a really effective workout. Highly recommend this app for anyone who has chronic inflammation, wants to have a healthier lifestyle or shed some pounds.
I have been on the EBS lifestyle since its birth year and I am still amazed how quickly I bounce back after a holiday / more indulgent weekend.
Being 52 and well into my menopause I hardly have any symptoms (though I know it can also be genetics) and I am sure this is also down to the EBS lifestyle.

The fairest review is to simply say that Yalda changed my life.
I first registered back in late 2019, when stress took so much place in my life that I got a Zona, and then was unable to eat anything without pain in my whole body. Plain rice or plain pasta were making me feel my bloodstream was pure fire. Everything was making me acid. 6 week reset later, my life was changed. Tummy issues resolved, no more fire blood, Less joint issue and a whole new perspective and above all understanding on life and food.
Peace, at last, in a life where my relationship with food & sports was wretched.
I'm still not out of the woods, still have weight to lose, amongst other issues but it is OK. I know that life can be changed, it is not utopia anymore.
I'm not doomed to live in pain or fear that it might kill me anymore.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. There is a method. There is a perfectly-MAKING-SENSE-POSITIVE answer.

I know my review can look like a fanatic wrote but ill be blunt : my constant pain disappeared. My blood tests show DRASTIC improvements since I follow her lifestyle. Of course there is still room for improvement and a bit more discipline. Nevertheless, the only result I see is that my life has completely changed and this stays with me forever.
My family used to say "you have to find a way to make peace". Bless them, as I know it came from a place of love. Nevertheless, I'm an eldest daughter in an immigrant family, so this statement was a challenge, I have been in front of responsabilities my whole life. I found this sentence stressful because I didn't know where to start to find this peace. Since 2019 I think I found part of the answer.

I first came across Yalda in 2020 on Instagram during lockdown, where she shared so many of her recipes. She came across as a warm and honest human and talked a lot about ‘gut health’ and ‘inflammation’ and their connection to diet and it all made so much sense that I joined the programme.
The EBS platform itself is very well constructed, simple to navigate, incredibly educational and essentially gives you the confidence to make better lifestyle choices. It does provide a plan but it isn’t rigid and contains so many resources on specific health conditions, movement videos, podcasts, as well as some fantastic recipes which are very easy to replicate.
With so much written about ‘gut health’ and ‘inflammation’ everywhere you look these days the EBS Platform should be your only resource. Created by Yalda, a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist, who has herself overcome her own health issues, and hence this wonderful journey she has documented and shared so openly. How grateful are we that she has transferred all of her ‘findings’ onto this wonderful platform, sharing all of her ‘evidence based’ in-depth knowledge. Some of the recipes I discovered on the platform are a favorite in my house, that even my 6 year old (2 at the time I started making them) love them and request them. The chicken soup is unbeatable and the sweet recipes for someone who has a very sweet tooth like me are amazing!

I did the 6 week reset and although it did take some discipline it was actually an enjoyable experience, discovering new foods and also feeling much more energised, reduced bloating and generally really well.
The recipes are simple yet tasty and then inspire me to prepare different dishes to what I would normally have.
The nutrition advice and masterclasses are really helpful too. I haven’t used the online exercise as I have a good yoga practice already but they look pretty good. I think there is a platform upgrade coming and I hope this makes the platform in the app more user friendly when on the go. Thanks
I became a member of EBS about 3 months ago to help me with perimenopausal bloating and slight weight gain. My husband and young children are now pretty much on it as well because I do most of our cooking. I love Yalda’s recipes (the meatballs in tomato sauce are a hit!). And it has helped me to be more mindful of what we eat and how we move. Yalda’s masterclasses are impressive and science driven. This is not just another health/fitness fad on social media. I’ve always been very health conscious and I’m still learning a lot from Yalda and my family is benefitting from it. It’s a plus that Yalda speaks beautifully and has a calming voice.
