I joined Yalda’s Eat Burn Sleep platform about two months ago to tackle my menopausal bloating and joint pain. One of the best things I've bought! After watching Yalda on social media for a while I joined the program and only "complaint" is to myself for not doing it sooner. I've never been a great cook, but find the recipes so easy and filling. Favourites so far are chicken nuggets, zucchini bread and chicken sausage shakshuka. I joined the EBS platform last November and it’s been one of the greatest things I’ve done for myself.
Yalda always says that we are not aiming for perfection and I’m the living proof. I would say that I follow the lifestyle more like 70% of the time rather than the 80% Yalda recommends but even with that I feel so much better than I did a few months ago. My GI issues have resolved. The festoons under my eyes are gone and everyone keeps telling me that I’ve lost weight and look healthier.

I was introduced to the platform two years ago. It’s the best resource for health and wellbeing; the articles are well researched and written clearly, the recipes are wonderful once your idea of good food isn’t fast food, and the workouts are handy for when you’re on the go and don’t have access to a gym. There’s always new information so renewing annually has always been a no-brainer.
I began following the EBS lifestyle in 2018. I did not have any big issues but I noticed my digestions were suddenly symptom-free and comfortable. As I continued, l gradually lost weight, less PMS and noticed improvements in my sensitive skin and overall well-being. In 2020, l purchased the program upon its launch, and again this year, finding it to have improved significantly. I appreciate the simplicity of the recipes and exercise videos, which have encouraged me to engage in regular physical activity for the first time. What I value most is the flexibility of being able to enjoy treats occasionally and the ease of getting back on track if I slip up without feeling guilty. This aspect has been a major relief for me and solidified my belief in this lifestyle.
I have been following Yalda since the beginning and cannot say enough about how her lifestyle plan has changed my life! I have an inflammation disorder and when I am eating according to her recommendations I feel amazing and I am less inflamed / puffy and my symptoms are virtually non-existent. I love listening to her explain different health issues and how this anti inflammatory way of eating helps. It’s really not difficult to stay on her plan either. Once you know what foods are inflammatory it’s easy to avoid them and you will feel so much better! I used to look 6 months pregnant when I ate. Not anymore!! . Yalda’s plan is not a restrictive all or none plan! Have a night out with the girls or have fun on your vacation eating other foods and enjoying wine. Just go back on the plan after and you’ll get right back on track!
